Located in Blue Ridge, this charming house for $120 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Large master bedroom with king bed, large double closet, and writing/sitting area. Second bedroom with full bed and ample closet. Third bedroom with twin daybed with closet access in adjoining area. Plenty of relaxing options in the living room with cable tv, in the great room open to the kitchen, also with cable tv, or in the sun room off the great room looking out onto backyard. Large deck off the living room for grilling and outdoor gathering. Covered carport for one vehicle with access to great room. Nice front yard with concrete patio with bistro set. Also private backyard. Full size washer and dryer in the basement accessed from great room. **50 lb limit. Only one pet unless special request granted. Pets MUST be leashed at all times when outside, except for fenced backyard.** ***NO SMOKERS!!!! We do not rent to smokers. If you smoke, please choose another property.

We chose the his property because of its proximity to the downtown area. The train was right at the bottom of the hill! The cottage was well equipped and clean. Our pup really enjoyed the safety of the fenced in yard. The host was so helpful for the check in process and made sure it felt warm and homey for our late arrival.

Communication with host was easy, and Cathy was friendly! Location is great! Bed was comfy. Despite the phenomenal location, we wouldn’t stay again because of what you can’t gain from the photos in listing. The bathroom was not cleaned very well at all. There were hairs on the toilet seat, back of toilet, hairs stuck to the walls in the bathroom, and hairs on the sink/vanity area. Lots of dust that is stuck to the walls/trim work in bathroom due to humidity in bathroom. There was a pair of exfoliating gloves hanging in the shower and loofahs hanging on the side of the cabinet-these are not homey touches-that is gross. There were 3 (!!) used bars of soap in the bathroom-one at the sink and two in the shower. The rugs in the bathroom need to be tossed and replaced with something fresh. The bathroom needs a deep-cleaning. There were lots of half-burned candles throughout the entire home, and that is off-putting as well. There were lots of mismatched towels and tons of partial bottles of shampoo, random hotel lotions and such in the bathroom. It almost seemed like between the dirty bathroom and half-used candles that we were staying in a home where someone just upped and left. We didn’t notice it until after we had spent the night, but an exterior door in sunroom (leading to carport) was left unlocked and a window in that same sunroom was left open by about two inches. Lots of hand-written directions and reminders throughout the house with very specific details.

Great house, plenty of room for 4 people, It's just like walking into your own home. Everything you could possibly need. We loved being able to walk down hill to town. The first night we were there we were sitting out back and saw the satellites come over. That was awesome since it was our first time. Totally enjoyed Blue Ridge so easy to get around and the beauty of the mountains was incredible.

Everything was clean, and well stocked. Air worked well for us, and everything was comfortable. It was very nice to be able to walk downtown and not worry about parking. Communication with the hosts was timely and professional.

This is my third stay in this Cottage and it’s just keeps improving! Located in a very quiet neighborhood just above the town of Blue Ridge. We always feel very safe here and love to walk down to shops and restaurants after dark. Even with this weekend having unusually high temperatures the AC stayed right on COOL! The beds are very comfortable! A Kurig coffee machine was added since our last visit with plenty of pods to brew! We appreciate the owners so much for continuing to offer their home on VRBO!

We enjoyed our stay at this little bungalow. We had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Easy access to downtown Blue Ridge. I would definitely recommend and will probably book again in the future. Host was very pleasant to work with. She was able to accommodate us checking in a little early and that was greatly appreciated.

We chose this location for the proximity to the Blue Ridge baseball fields for a 3 day baseball tournament. It was truly ideal. I was able to work on Friday and just take a lunch break and walk over there to watch my son play. When the game was over, I could walk back and finish my work while my family enjoyed the downtown area. What's even better is I was able to take a 5 minute walk to downtown and meet them there. The property was exactly what we needed for my family of 5 and out little dog. Great experience. 10 out of 10.

Decided to spend a weekend trip to celebrate my wife's birthday in Blue Ridge. Came across this property and had everything we needed, especially being pet friendly for our senior pup. Communication with owner was excellent, very responsive and accommodating. The location couldn't be better. Easy walk to downtown Blue Ridge and quick drive to nearby locations. The house has been renovated and yet still retains a lot of charm. My only complaint is I didn't book a longer stay! Would recommend and return again.

We had the best experience at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and well stocked with all the essentials! It quickly felt like home in our four night stay. The location to town can’t be beat - we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Blue Ridge!

We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. Between the living room and the kitchen/den there was a lot of space for the family. Although it was too chilly for the sun room it looked welcoming. Also the beds were very comfortable. Cathy was wonderful to work with.. very responsive to our questions.

The house was very conveniently located to downtown Blue Ridge. We were able to walk to Main Street. There’s a bit of a hill but we managed just fine. Perfect for our short weekend trip to ride the train and just get away from the city for a bit. Would definitely stay again.

My husband, dog and I stayed at this house and enjoyed the convenience to town. It is a short stroll to the cute town with plenty of patios and dog friendly breweries. The house was clean with necessary amenities and was wonderfully decorated for Christmas. The host was very good at communication and willing to help as needed.

We had the best time ever. The property was just as pictured. It was very roomy and a great location for visiting the shoppes in Blueridge. Cathy was great to work with and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We loved our couple of nights in this older home - 2 blocks off Main Street - little incline when walking back from town but who doesn’t need a little exercise! Comfy beds and plenty of sitting areas too. We will stay again!

The location of this bungalow was perfect. We were traveling with a friend that is getting chemo so being close to the downtown area was a must. It was a comfortable older home and was a perfect fit for our needs. Would definitely stay here again. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Even accommodated my unruly husband. 🤪.
