About this house rental
This holiday home sits in the most commanding position in the popular Carrickalinga`s North Bay.
Enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf at your front door. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to view the forever changing ocean within all the seasons of the year, the summer sun or the winter waves. The home offers all you need for the perfect holiday with your family and friends, you can even bring your pooch along!
There is accommodation for 12 people over three levels.
Upstairs comprises of 4 bedrooms, two on the main level with queen beds and shared ensuite. There is also a bedroom with queen bed and a further bedroom with 2 singles on the mezzanine level which also has a lounge area with a sofa bed.
Lovely open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge area has a smart TV, and a sound bar. Cosy combustion heater for the winter, large dining area to fit everyone for the family dinners and a modern Farquhar kitchen with two ovens, induction cooktop, breakfast bar, stools, dishwasher and a well stocked kitchen. There is WIFI for you to use during your stay.
There is a laundry, separate toilet and further bathroom on this level along with a lovely sunroom with a lounge and table setting which can double as another dining area.
Enjoy the most breathtaking views from the balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.
BBQ in the courtyard area.
Downstairs is a self contained unit with two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and a single and the second bedroom has a queen bed.
There is a kitchenette with a separate dining room. The lounge has Smart TV
Bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and laundry. A second BBQ outdoor setting for 6 people.
This is a fully self contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and covers are provided. You need to provide your own linen and towels .If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

Top tier location with great panoramic views along Carrickalinga’s sandy beach curving to Cape Jervis in the far distance.Gardens are extremely well maintained together with a tranquil central atrium courtyard with quaint bubbling water fountains and tropical plants.Fireplace was conveniently well stocked with firewood and kindling for cold nights.Premises is well maintained over three levels with a separate self contained unit on the lower level. Great patio areas to admire the spectacular views. Surprised to find 3 full size fridges with lots of areas to dine. Lots of board games supplied. Wifi and Foxtel available. Double garage with auto door. Booking process could be more personable. We were a group of 10 celebrating my 70th birthday. Hope to be back. Strongly recommend.
