Situated in Mauna Lani, this lovely house for $363 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to Fairways 605 at the Mauna Lani resort. Fairways is a gated community, with lush grounds, a tropical style pool and hot tub. This luxurious townhouse is located in a prime location within the Fairways property and is positioned for ultimate privacy and a 180 degree view of the golf course and Kohala Mountains from the lanai. With its built in Viking Grill, 2 outdoor loungers and a teak table to seat 6, the Lanai is where you will want to enjoy your morning Kona coffee and beautiful Hawaiian sunset dinners. Inside, the townhouse boasts tasteful and warm décor with new ceiling fans in every room and a tropical bamboo floor. The property's unique positioning allows natural light and outdoor views throughout the unit. In the kitchen you’ll find high-end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, Henckel knives, Riedel wine glasses and a fully stocked kitchen for creating gourmet food whether cooking, grilling, or baking! The pantry is stocked with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, spices, ketchup, mustard and mayo. Dish soap, tin foil, plastic wrap, storage bags, laundry products, and beach towels are also supplied. This 2 story, 1950 Sq ft, corner townhouse unit has 3 large bedrooms. The expansive Master on the ground floor is a tropical sanctuary with access to the lanai through large patio doors. The en suite has a Jacuzzi tub, over-sized separate shower, private toilet room and large walk-in closet with built in cabinetry. A desk in the Master, with views out to the Kohala mountains, provides space for quiet contemplation, to catch up on emails, or to check in with work (a hardwired connection is also available). Upstairs you will find a large Queen Bedroom and another guest room with 2 twin beds. The upper floor offers expansive views of the golf course, Mauna Kea, and Mauna Loa. Each bedroom has a 40 inch Smart HD flat screen TV with cable and access to our property Netflix account. Our home is designed up for indoor and outdoor entertainment. You’ll find a 65” HD TV in the Great Room, high-speed Internet (with boosters throughout the unit), a DVD player with 40+ movies, books, and games. There is an I-pad available for use during your stay with Hawaiian music downloaded for your listening pleasure. Outdoor gear is stored in the garage for your use. This includes: 4 boogie boards, a large plastic cooler, small soft-sided coolers, market bags, 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, pool noodles and more! Everything you need to pack a picnic and enjoy a day at one the nearby spectacular beaches or at the gorgeous resort pool. The property includes one ground level parking stall for your stay. Fairways 605 is the ultimate Hawaiian retreat. Close to all the amenities of the Mauna Lani resort with a comfortable up-scale flare to let you enjoy the sweet Aloha spirit. The Mauna Lani resort is 20 minutes north of the airport and is located in the sunniest area of the Island meaning nearly perfect weather conditions all year round. The townhome was beautiful and comfortable for a family of four with two adult children. The location was close to the grocery store, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The hosts had prepared a binder of information about the condo and the area that was very helpful, as well as labels and notes throughout the home. They were also very responsive to any questions that we sent through the VRBO inbox. The lanai was great for coffee in the morning, relaxing in the evening and grilling. Loved the gated beach access, which included lounge chairs. Mostly drove to the beach access but also walkable when some of the group went earlier. Walking loop that included the grounds at the Mauna Lani and Fairmont was great. To sum it up - great townhome, great location and great hosts.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The inside was beautifully styled to match the tropical feeling on the island. The neighborhood and surrounding area were welcoming, fun, and exciting. Everything was clean and tidy. Our host also provided us with information and recommendations on where to go during our stay, many of which helped us a lot. For anybody planning to go to the Big Island with friends or family, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended and we feel so lucky having the opportunity staying here.

This condo was perfect for our family … parents and adult children with mates. The hosts provided for everything imaginable from a perfect kitchen, to lovely bedrooms to beach gear. We were so comfortable and then some. Honestly, this was the best outfitted and decorated condo we have ever rented. Thank you Jaime for being so responsive to my questions during the stay. It’s all now a wonderful memory and much of it thanks to this great condo. 5+ stars!

This place was awesome!!!! The decor…. Such island vibes… the overstocked kitchen of condiments and every cooking item imaginable. The beach gear was so plentiful and even included a wagon. The lanai was beautiful so serene and calm overlooking a host of greenery. Beds were super comfortable. The location of this property was great. Convenience to so much. The gated community was a nice touch. The pool refreshing. The private beach that we were given access to was fabulous and the restaurant was delicious. The hosts were readily available for questions and concerns… I would stay here again!!!! Enjoyed every minute of this island paradise! Mahalo!!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Beautiful setting and very tranquil. Fully stocked with everything you could image and dream for. The Beach pass was a real bonus and we used it often. Would highly recommend this large condo for families. Will return again some day. Thank you.

This house did not disappoint! There was every amenity that we needed, including a wide variety of beach items. The private beach that we had access to was also fantastic, with a great spot for snorkeling. I would highly recommend a stay at this house and we can’t wait to come back!

This place is the ultimate in comfort. It has everything we needed and more. We feel so pampered after staying here. The pool and grounds are the best too. This was our second stay and we will be back for sure.

The town home is gorgeous with lots of room for the entire family. Thought fully decorated. The home is wonderfully equipped with top quality appliances and cook wear. My gourmet wife was in her element in the kitchen, the out door grill / barbecue allowed us to enjoy the Lani while cooking lunch or supper. The owner has provided a large number of pool and ocean toys from pool noodles to snorkel gear, with beach chairs and coolers to take your lunch to the beach. The access to Mauna Lani beach club
was also a huge benefit, great swimming and snorkelling available any time you wish. All in all my wife and I agree possibly the best VRBO we have rented. Yes we will be renting the unit on our next trip to the Big Iskand

This villa is an excellent vacation home for a couple or a whole family! It is beautifully furnished in every room. We appreciated having the primary bedroom on the main floor.
The kitchen is the best set up we have experienced in the past 12 years of vacation rentals. Everything was well maintained and spotlessly clean.

This spacious home is stunning and is beautifully appointed with taseful decor. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The cupboards and laundry room were well stocked and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed all the things provided for our beach excursions. The only disappointments were a few things that were under repair like the jetted tub and the shade in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The microwave over the stove was also under repair, but one was available on the counter top. Overall, it was a great stay.

We have stayed at a number of different condos in Hawaii and this unit is by far the best we have ever stayed at. The unit is very nicely furnished and was well supplied with everything the vacationing public needs from toiletries, towels, condiments, lawn chairs and boogies boards.

Amazing Experience
Our group had a remarkable time at this home. We were two families who vacation together. We were celebrating anniversaries and a high school graduation. The place was perfect! Property is beautiful. We never turned the TV on. We spent mornings on the lanai and had several dinners there as well. The beach club was awesome - get the coconut/lime vodka blend drink! We snorkeling there 3 times (many reef fish and turtles). Enjoyed so much on the Big Island! Robin was great to work with. We had forgotten the beach lanyard in our car and she was overly accommodating and met us in Kona to get as we were at Kona Brewing before our departure. We will be back!

The condo was exactly as described with all the amenities needed. Very well stocked. Super clean and extremely nice. Organized with lots of great features like televisions in each room and bluetooth speakers. The equipment was good and up to par. The outside area and grill is terrific. A couple items were under repair but they still had a microwave. The jets in the bathtub did not work. Some of the items seemed a little substandard but they worked OK. Overall the size and space of the unit was awesome. Would consider returning as it really meet our needs and was fantastic. Very cute and safe gated community with a nice 4 foot deep warm pool and hot tub.

I wish my own home was this well thought out. Kitchen had it all. The unit was very spacious and so well decorated. It was quiet and serene to relax in the outside lanai overlooking the golf course. We couldn’t have been more pleased with this beautiful and comfortable home. It was amazing and we will be ba back…or maybe move in ;)
