~ Rental contract, copy of driver's license and $300 reserve/security refundable deposit required to complete reservation.
~ This property does not require the purchase of a parking permit.

~ No Pets strictly enforced by owner's association.

This condo is my new favorite place . Owner is awesome to work with, her property is beautiful and very well kept. Very close to stores and activities. Will definitely be returning 🥰

This is a beautiful condo with everything that you will need for a wonderful beach getaway. Make sure you take a few minutes and look closely at the paintings on the wall. It isn't your normal beachy scene and it made us feel like we were in an art gallery. This complex only has six floors so you don't have a lot of people and that is always a good thing. Elevators were always available and quick. The host Karen was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Everything was wonderful! Right on the beach & close to the Walmart grocery (which is amazing!) All you need in close proximity!!
