Spacious, amazing view, helicopter landing pad out the back the kids loved watching, walking distance to a playground, field out the back for playing and secure garden for kids. Minimal ornaments to worry about younger kids. 3 safety gates provided in the property kept in the cupboard under the stairs. View of chisel beach and harbour from balcony which comes off master bedroom. Twin room also on top floor with master. Middle floor the front door enters onto with a twin room, double room, living room and bathroom. Downstairs is kitchen utility and toilet. Lovely garden. DVD's, board games and books for all ages.
Difficult over 3 floors if you have night feeds to consider. At 2 in the morning 4 safety gates and 2 flights of stairs is not fun. No smaller mirrors near any sockets to do get ready and do hair infront of. Balcony is a thumb lock and can be opened by a child easily with no back up to the balcony up high. Windows open wide and have low down windowsills to climb up on. Would need to consider this if you have a SEN child or younger children to be mindful of. My kids (and I) loved the helicopters, but these can be loud at 10pm every night for routine laps of the island for light sleeping babies. Blinds don't block out lots of light so if your kids need darkness take the black out blinds you can clip on. Can be a ball ache doing a big shop for big family bringing it in on the middle floor with the kitchen downstairs, wouldn't be as awkward if safety gates weren't needed with older kids.

Loads of room and comfortable beds, good facilities.
Some areas were not as clean as the rest of the house i.e the rug in the living room and some of the flooring.

Good property location, plenty of space for family and pets.
Local residents' opposite make you feel uncomfortable by staring at you every time you leave across the property. Rung you lot to moan about parking when we said we wpuld the 3rd car after finishing un packing. Then, they would always stare at us when we left the property.
The travel cot which we asked for was parenthetic. It didnt have a mastress and was only asked to bring linen covers. Baby ended uo having to sleep in our bed for the whole week which was less than ideal. It was also broke the one sided wouldnt stay in place.
