This was a three double or queen-sized bed unit. One bedroom was a dedicated bedroom. One was a dining area/bedroom and one was a Murphy Bed/sitting and TV room. The bed/dining room worked out well. There was a washer/drier that was a life-saver and was easy to work. I used Google Translate to figure out the settings. It would have helped if the owners left instructions. There was also a drying rack that was useful. The kitchen was fabulous with adequate plates and glasses, adequate-sized refrigerator and just adequate pots and pans. There was a near-by supermarket and several very nice restaurants within an easy and short walk.
There were more than adequate towels, thank you for that.
The owners left only one set of keys. The Lockbox instructions were good. We needed two separate set of keys that where not available. There are keypads on the building door entrance and on the unit entrance. I could not get the outside door keypad to work. The keypad to the unit worked well. I finally made my own extra key for the outside door, paid 9 Euro for it, and left it in the lockbox. I hope the owners give it to the next renters.
The shower was adequate, but when turned on strongly flooded the bathroom floor. A door closing the open side would help.
There were issues with the building perhaps beyond the control of the owners. The building is covered with so much graffiti as to look as if it is in a slum. Local disreputable looking folks sat on the doorstep rolling cigarettes, etc. However, when we arrived, they stood up and were actually polite.

It was spacious, had really comfortable beds and the staff and owner were very attentive. It was well located and warm as well as nicely furnished. It was perfect for our needs.

Ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is gelegen op een centraal punt, dichtbij supermarkten, restaurants en openbaar vervoer. De bedden en sanitair waren uitstekend en het was zeer schoon bij aankomst. Kortom, prima locatie voor een paar dagen Berlijn!
Op het pand en de deur is graffiti aangebracht, wat de aanblik van buiten wat mistroostig maakt. Echter, in het appartement is het prima schoon en netjes ingericht. Die graffiti mag echter wel een keer verwijderd worden.
