[1] Good location within short walking distance to Berlin Radio Tower.
[2] Big TV
[3] Decent quantity of restaurants on the street.
[4] Lots of places to buy cheap beer.
[5] Access to public transportation is close.
[6] Very spacious and overall a decent value for money.
[1] No full size ironing board in the apartment only a table top unit that is not very good. Invest in a full size unit.
[2] Decor is thin; a little bit of artwork in the bedrooms and kitchen would make big difference. The decor that is here is not cohesive; it is very random (see living room photo). Spend some money and make this place truly special.
[3] Kitchen is very spartan and not inviting and has no microwave. There is a industrial metal cabinet opposite side of the kitchen countertop that belongs in a warehouse and not an apartment.
[4] Shower is very small but tub is nice.
[5] Neighborhood lacks a decent grocery store; it just has small little shops with very limited selection.

Spacious, great location in the city centre near everything from restaurants and public transport to parks and supermarkets. Comfy beds as well. Definitely recommend.
The internet fluctuated a bit at times but was generally good enough for streaming etc

This is a well decorated, comfortable apartment in an excellent location in Mitte. Public transportation in many forms is just steps away, and excellent restaurants and shops abound in every direction. We had plenty of room to spread out as a family of four (including two teenage boys), and enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and main room in the evenings. The apartment does not have air-conditioning but even during two very hot days of our travel we found the floor fans provided made it comfortable to sleep.
For awareness for older guests with mobility issues: there are several flights of stairs to navigate with no elevator. This was fine for us, but could be an issue for others. The building itself is not renovated so the stairway leading to the apartment is a bit gritty -- we did not mind, but it could be a turn off for some.
