Fantastic family vacation im Prenzlauer Berg!

Fantastic location in one of the best and most vibrant neighborhoods in Berlin. Very nice and spacious apartment with a great patio and great bathrooms and super kitchen!

The Wi-Fi could be improved (slow) but that’s common in Germany. Also, the TV should be updated to allow easy login into common streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, Max etc.

Fantastic spacious apartment, perfect for families and couples.

The apartment was in a lovely, quiet, tree-lined street, really close to an underground station but also only about a 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz. The apartment is incredibly spacious and worked perfectly for our family with 2 kids aged 6 and 10. There are shops, restaurants and bars close by and would happily stay here again.

The WiFi was a little patchy at times in one of the bedrooms but no other issues really.

Very successful stay in great location, supported by attentive local contact (Ilona).

Location excellent, very comfortable beds, good shower rooms, light and airy, warm apartment.

Sparsely equipped. Dreadful wall art.

Amazing location and fresh and clean apartments. Beds are very comfortable

Staff seemed a little stressed and not so professional at times. I would have appreciated a bit more service minded and proactive approach but overall it was ok

fantastic location, parking spot for full size suv. great quality apartment, sound proof, new, quiet area. we really loves it and would highly recommend!

Pleasant

Really big. Modern. Good looks. Good facilities. Free parking. Large balcony. We received an upgrade, because our actually rented apartment (that was located on the quiet back garden) appeared to be occupied still.

-Way too expensive - short beds - warm, no good airco -We found a used bottle and dust under the bed and some glasses were not clean. My complaint about this was completely neglected. A simple sorry or price reduction would have been nice -lots of traffic noise -Cafe sounds from across the street and restaurant sounds from under the apartment.

More towels would have been nice. A stereo system for music in the living room would have been nice.

Stylish and Practical

This was a very spacious, clean apartment with everything we could possibly need in a very nice neighbourhood. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. We were three stops on the tram, but mostly walked in to Alexanderplatz. Would highly recommend.
