Located in Colorado Springs, this charming house for $339 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Run away and join the circus! Walk into this whimsical house and you'll be greeted by 1890's historic design features such as vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, rock gas fireplace, crown molding, and hardwood floors. The main level walks out to the flagstone bistro patio with tree canopy and antique Edison style light bulbs that sits adjacent to the year-round stream!! We strive to provide an environment where you can create memories that will last a lifetime. This home has an AMAZING central location - merely 5 minute walk to the Ivy Wild District with Bristol Brewery, Edelweiss German Restaurant, Milibo Art Theatre, or drive 5 minutes to the Broadmoor, 5 minute to downtown Colorado Springs, 5 minutes to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, 10 minutes to Colorado College, 10 minutes to Manitou Springs! HOUSE: Designed for Your Comfort - Keep warm and cozy in the winter with hot water baseboard heat. We install window AC units in all bedrooms and living room to help maintain a comfortable stay during the warmer months. 3 QUEEN BEDROOMS, 1 FLEX BEDROOM & 2 BATHROOMS: The main level bedroom has a queen sized bed with high-end plush mattress with adjacent full sized bathroom with large shower and plenty of natural light. The upstairs is a fun getaway back in time. There are two bedrooms that each feature a queen size bed with high-end plush mattresses and feature contemporary furniture and fixtures. The large full bathroom has a festive decor and rain shower. The TV library bedroom with built-in bookshelves has an original fireplace with remote candles. The two folding chairs convert into twin beds for some added lounging space. LIVING: The living room has a lovely queen size sofa sleeper, flat screen television, and several original leaded windows. A lovely rock gas fireplace will help make a winter time visit warm and cozy. KITCHEN & DINING: The festive kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking at home a pleasurable experience. You'll find a gas stove, original pine cabinets, and open floor plan. The adjacent dining room seats 8 and has a fun wine cork Cirque sign as a signature focal point to the vintage theme. LAUNDRY: The main floor game room contains a full sized washer/dryer to help keep up with the dirty clothes you create while exploring the mountains. ENTERTAINMENT: The primary feature of this home and the namesake of the property is the stream side forest setting that will help you create a lifetime of memories during your visit to Colorado Springs. The main level has a game room with a foosball table and photo booth area with circus decor. Imagine the fun you can have! PARKING: There are three off-street parking spots provided by the back patio of the house. The neighborhood is home to longtime neighbors and we expect that guests will be respectful of the surrounding environment. If you're seeking to party or have kids that will not respect neighboring properties, this is likely not the right home for you. To help maintain a tranquil setting, we use a noise monitoring device which is 100% privacy compliant and endorsed by VRBO. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) so that our home is being used for residential purposes, not wild parties. We look forward to hosting you at our Circus House. RENTAL AGREEMENT: Upon reservation confirmation, Guest will need to complete a Rental Agreement which outlines the terms and conditions for use of our property. A most enjoyable stay even with an unexpected 10 inch snowfall. Great location near many of the major attractions in Colorado Springs, yet off the beaten path in a quiet residential neighborhood. Having a home instead of a room was a world of difference for the better.

This house was perfect! There was a good amount of stores in walking distance and the bigger attractions were just a 15-20 minute drive away. The house was perfect, from having games for everyone to enjoy to a lovely private backyard (with a grill!).
10/10, will be booking again when I am back in Colorado Springs!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is an older building but the owners keep it in immaculate shape and take care of it well. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kids LOVED the fusballl table as well as having the upstairs for themselves. We were there during winter and while most days the temps were mild, an unusually cold front came through for two days. We had problems with the heating on the first floor and Mary Kay sent out a maintenance guy immediately with spare heaters while he checked things over. The second floor never got cold and was always toasty warm. The fireplace is easy to use and adds warmth to the evenings in the living room. It was a quiet safe neighborhood and in a great location. If it was warmer we would have walked to the Edelweiss German restaurant. It was so good we went there twice! We would come back again to stay at this cottage again. Thank you!

The stairs are very treacherous and the heating was suboptimal (hard to get it more than 65 on cold days) but overall it was clean and comfortable.

Very nice home for our stay with 4 adults and 4 kids. House is comfortable, with lots of space for a big group. Yard is great for the kids. The location is convenient to the Broadmoor and walking to Edelweiss and 291 distillery. This is our second year and we plan to come back next year!

Perfect Location!
Not only was this house perfectly located for our stay in Colorado Springs, it also was a perfect fit for our family. We enjoyed grilling our dinner and eating on the patio. We slept with the windows open and enjoyed the sounds of the creek. There was plenty of living/sleeping space for all 5 of us. It was perfectly located near plenty of restaurants, attractions, and supermarket/drug store.

Rental process was easy and very informational. We arrived the place was very well kept. Outdoor space was great, only two small steps up the deck...was great for the old folks. Ha. Main floor was cute and spacious...can entertain a lot of people at the dining table and open living space. Overall, very clean and comfy. Upstairs bedroom and bath were great,. Take the steps slow...and wide at the curve. Enjoyed the home very much.
