Situated in Vineyard Haven, this charming house for $700 per night is a great choice for your next trip. NOTE: Round-trip, transferrable ferry tickets available for weeks of July 6-13 and 13-20. Classic Cape Cod home 5 blocks from the heart of downtown Vineyard Haven and the Island ferry terminal. The house has been thoughtfully-renovated and updated resulting in guests who enjoy coming again and again. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this traditional home sleeps 7 guests in 4 bedrooms with 2 baths. Guests can leave the car in the driveway and leisurely stroll into town for a morning cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping or to catch a bus at the ferry terminal to visit another Island town. The first floor offers a spacious living room with fireplace, game table and cable TV. The dining room opens into a kitchen gleaming with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. For outdoor eating, the kitchen conveniently opens onto a private and nicely landscaped, bluestone patio with table/chairs/umbrella and BBQ grill. Around the corner is an enclosed private outdoor shower for a quick rinse after a sandy day at the beach. Sleeping arrangements offer three bedrooms and full bath/shower on the second floor. On the main floor is a fourth bedroom with an adjacent bathroom and ample-sized shower... great for Grandma and Grandpa or guests who may need quiet space. Other features include hardwood floors throughout the house; washer/dryer on the main floor; and central air conditioning and WiFi. One block away is the public library with a children's section for entertainment on rainy days. For sports-minded travelers, Mink Meadow Golf Course is up the road, and the VH Yacht Club is a few blocks away. Beautiful Farm Neck Country Club, offering public play in the afternoon to non-members, is 6 miles away. In downtown Vineyard Haven, there are car, bike and moped rentals and access to the Island-wide bus system. Come enjoy a week you'll never forget! My family (2 adults, 2 kids under 3) traveled with our friends (2 adults + 1 year old) to this property. We had an amazing stay. The home was clean and welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed- kitchen stocked with appliances and extras. The location can’t be beat- 10 min walk to downtown Vineyard Haven. We have stayed in many different properties and locations on MV over the years and this was one of the best. Would definitely return!

We have always had a great time staying at this house when we visit. We love that we can easily walk into town and it is an easy drive to local beaches. The house is very clean, well stocked for cooking at home, and comfortable for the whole family. We especially appreciate the private patio space for outdoor dining and the outdoor shower! Karen is very responsive and a great host!

Everything about this house was absolutely perfect for our stay in MV! We traveled with our 2 young kids and their grandma so the private bedroom and bathroom for grandma could not have been better! The house was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The kids loved playing on the back patio! We walked to town and to the little beach perfect for kids every day! Easy drive to explore the rest of the island. Karen was also great and so communicative! Highly recommend!

We have spent summers on the Vineyard for years and this was our first time staying in VH. This house was wonderful, it was exactly as described and Karen was extremely easy to communicate with and helpful! We loved the proximity to town and the layout of the house. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is a very clean and roomy house just a short walk to town. Spent most down time on the beautiful secluded patio in the back of the house. Dealing with Karen was easy and she was a great communicator and answered all questions promptly. My family and friends loved our stay in this house and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay, the home was very clean and tidy :) The proximity to town was wonderful, we strolled in for lunch or dinner everyday, we could also walk to the small beach and watch the boats coming and going. Highly recommend :)

We stayed at the property August 8-15 2020. The house was just as we hoped, very clean, nicely appointed, and stocked with quality items. Kitchen had whatever you might need… knives big enough to cut up a watermelon safely, salt/pepper and other spices. The central A/C worked well and made sleeping easy. The outdoor area was great for reading a book while others showered after the beach. Walking distance to Vineyard Haven. One person had to work from the house for 3 days. The WiFi did the job. The property manager did everything she could to make it a happy stay.

This house was a great location. Very close to town but yet very quiet and serene. The house was spotless. Communication by the owner, Karen, was excellent before our stay and throughout our stay. She was on top of every detail. We arrived to a nice welcome card and a bottle of wine. It was the perfect start to a great week!

Had a great time in a fantastic house! The house is spacious, extremely clean, and well-maintained. Lots of attention is paid to detail, and the property has everything you could possibly need for a stress-free stay. Hard to beat the location. It's a quick walk into Vineyard Haven, and the house also gives you easy access to other Vineyard towns. Everything from communication to check-in was seamless and smooth, and the property manager makes it all easy. Would definitely recommend the house, and stay again. Thanks for a great week!
