This tranquil four bedroom home sleeps ten comfortably. Walk into the main living with soaring white washed ceilings that give the home a comfortable beach feel. Relax in the spacious living room with plenty of seating for family and friends, a flat screen television and open concept into the dining-room. Enjoy the gorgeous dining room table with seating for eight. The large updated kitchen is off of the dining room has beautifully painted cabinets and is perfect for creating amazing meals or heating up take out from the delicious Captiva restaurants. On this level there are two guest bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen bedroom and the second bedroom has two comfy twin beds. The master suite on this third floor features a comfortable king bed, a private deck and a large master bathroom with granite countertops and a walk in shower. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level with a king bed, television and a day bed, this area is very private with its own entrance. The large heated pool is the perfect area with tropical landscaping, a pool cage. It is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the amazing weather. The game area underneath the house features a ping pong table and pool table. Just two homes down from the beach path which takes you past the charming Chapel by the Sea to stunning white beaches. Beautiful house and a perfect location near beach and restaurants. Layout was very good. The property was as listed and pictured, however a picture of the 4th bedroom on the ground level would have been helpful. It almost seemed like you were hiding the info for some reason. The complaint of someone prior about a mustiness in that room has been fixed. I was very pleased with the whole house. Well stocked kitchen utensils, pool and beach toys, and even a game closet. You should also update the picture of the ping pong table. This was a new one, not the bumpy one pictured.

Lovely property close to the beach & Captiva restaurants. Pool was wonderful. We didn’t use the 4th bedroom as it was detached from the house and in the garage (& a little musty). Our kids slept on the floor in our room. We were okay with it, the rest of the house was wonderful. Just a heads up for anyone needing 4bedrooms - the garage room isn’t great. We would absolutely stay again!

great location with an easy walk to the beach. Check in / check out process super easy with Kingfisher. The house needs a little TLC for this price and some inexpensive upgrades would go a long way (carpet, etc.). The pool table and foosball were a great touch and the pool was warm which we appreciated. The pool doesn't get sun at all this time of year (Christmas) if that's important to you.

Awesome Place!

This place was wonderful. The home was beautiful, the pool was clean and refreshing and the beach is just a short walk away! The location could not be better with a short walk to the beach as well as to shops and places to eat and drink. The hosts are very responsive to any issues that may arise during your stay. We were very pleased and would definitely stay again if we ever make our way back to Captiva.

Our group of three couples so enjoyed our week at the Bird of Paradise. Very comfortable, short walk to the beach and restaurants. However, for the price of this condo, we expected that it would be better shape. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor had a strong mold,sewer gas smell and was unusable. We had no Hot water for the first night...guess someone forgot to turn it on. Upon arrival dirty dishes filled the dishwasher and dirty dishes were in the cabinet. There were no steak knives...... which made our beef tenderloin Valentines Day very interesting!
