Situated in Sanibel Island, this attractive house for $778 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Designed to be an escape from the ordinary, “Island Escape” is a culmination of everything you think of when you dream of the perfect island vacation getaway. Completed in 2015, this house is immaculately designed and decorated, with no detail forgotten. It is steps from the beach and in the golf cart zone of the island. The spacious bedrooms and spa-like bathrooms make every guest feel like they are at a luxury resort. The large heated pool with spill over hot tub are perfect for entertaining your family and friends. Island Escape features over 4.000 sq. ft of space in total with 3 bedrooms on the main level and 2 bedrooms on the top level. There is 1 master bedroom (king) with en-suite full bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower, and oversized tub on the main level. The other 2 bedrooms on the main level share a “jack and jill” full bath. This area was designed as the kids/nanny or teenager area in mind. One room has a beautiful custom bunk room system with 1 king and 5 twins and the room across the hall has 1 king in it. These rooms share a full bath with double vanities and walk-in shower. The top level has 2 master bedrooms (king in each) with en-suite bathrooms with double vanities. The owners suite also features an oversized bathtub and a massage chair. The other master on this level also has a bunk bed (twin over twin) for any couples with little ones who don’t want to be too far away. The main level also features a work area, 1/2 bath, laundry room, dining table, living room, and state of the art kitchen. A stunning sun room is off the kitchen with more seating and steps leading down to the pool. The ground level features a fun gaming area including Golden Tee and an arcade with 1000+ games and a lego wall for the little kids. The outside is your own personal mini resort featuring: heated pool, spill over hot tub, putting green, fuseball, pool table, ping pong, corn hole boards, 85”TV, shuffleboard, hanging egg chairs, and a grill island. There is also a second refrigerator/freezer in the garage. The house is a 3 minute walk to the beach access. This private oasis also comes complete with 2 beach wagons, beach toys, beach chairs, surf boards, 4 puddle jumpers, life jackets, pool floats, 4 bicycles, air compressor, and a vending machine for items you may have forgot! New for September 2021….the new owners added an elevator! Now all 3 levels can be accessed without steps! Once you stay at Island Escape, you will never want to rent another home again. Notice : Elevator is not available due to damage from Hurricane.

Celebrated our family Christmas on Captiva Island this year and had a wonderful stay at Island Escape! This home offers so much...no one could ever be bored! The proximity to the beach, all the outdoor activities around the pool and the comfortable beds and living areas inside come together to make Island Escape hard to beat! A+++! We will be back!

This house was amazing!! Plenty of room for our extended family of 16. They thought of everything. There was so much for everyone to do at the house. Many Golden Tee games were played as well as corn hole, ping pong, pool and shuffleboard. The swimming pool was great and we spent most days in it. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up. The only thing they didn’t have was a bathroom on the entry level near the pool.

The property is spacious, the house allowed us to have 15 people together easily without feeling cramped. There were also plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained at the house and only a short walk to the beach and the stores/restaurants/activities along Andy Rosse Lane. I think we were among the first groups to stay here after hurricane closures and the elevator and some of the arcade games were still out of order, but the state of the place was otherwise great. Still lots of cleaning and rebuilding going on all around us, so we didn't have too many neighbors during our stay. We'll definitely be back!

They literally thought of everything with this house. Our family of 15 felt so comfortable here. It was also in a perfect location to the beach, stores, and restaurants. There is so much to do inside and outside the house. We would love to come back!

They were definitely a difference maker when deciding which house to book and got used by everyone. The details were great, with patio drink holders in all the right places. I wish more houses had that much stuff to do. The bedroom and bathroom setups were also ideal for a house that size

We loved the property. The kids were either in the pool or in the bunk room or arcade. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the sliding doors to the porch area and putting green. Having the wagons to haul the beach chairs/rafts/toys made everything so easy. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer available to clean towels that we used multiple times.

This property was way above our expectations! Our family of 11, 8 adults, 2 children (8 and 6) and 1 infant. There were so many things to do on property for both adults and kids, with arcade games, ping pong, pool, foosball, golf green, and much more!! The house was decorated beautifully and had everything that you would need. The garage was full of rafts, beach chairs, wagons, bikes, boogie boards and located about 2 blocks from the beach! This house was our favorite by far for a family vacation!

This house was incredible!!! It was perfect for my family's dream vacation! There were 8 adults and 3 children. We live in Ft. Lauderdale and usually do a family vacation on a cruise or by plane somewhere, but, with Covid we went close by and this house was over the top with games to entertain the entire family. The house is beautifully decorated and anything you need in the kitchen they had, including a second refrigerator/freezer in the garage which was needed. The video games in the house were awesome for everyone at night to play, including a kids corner with a lego wall to put legos on and there were so many games outside we didn't have time to play them all! And to top it off there are so many things for the beach including 2 wagons, beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes etc. We have rented beautiful homes in the past but this one is the best we have ever stayed in. I have already been recommending it to many friends! Thank you Kevin and Jill!!! Dream Vacation Rentals were great! They sent us complete instructions 2 days prior to arrival about what time we could arrive, the number of items that were included in the house such as soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent etc.. The cleaning crew were done early so we were notified we could go into the house early and sent me the code to get in. Also very good about answering when we were going to run out of propane and I asked where to buy it, I received a response within a short time.

It was tastefully decorated and the furniture was comfortable. The seashells are abundant! Around 4:00 p.m., the starfish and sand dollars would appear on the beach! It was beautiful! Island Escape's location to the beach and restaurants was perfect! Very close walking distance. Thank you to all your team mates that helped us during our stay! You run a tight ship and it was appreciated!
