Nestled in Breckenridge, this charming house for $218 per night is a great choice for your next trip. ***A wonderful luxury ski in ski out home located on Peak 8 of Breckenridge, Colorado.*** Come and ski the new expert terrain of Peak 6 at Breckenridge opened 2014! This is a very private, wooded setting in one of Brecks most exclusive neighborhoods, Shock Hill. We have recently upgraded the technology in the house. We now have a full Sonos system with Alexa for the TV and in the bedroom. You are able to connect to this through the Sonos app on a smart phone to stream music or play content on your phone. We also purchased a new 55" Sony XBR smart TV to view movies and other shows in full 4K resolution. We now have a new Bullfrog R6L spa to replace our older spa. It is now ready to go and is a huge improvement!! Visit us now and enjoy! A well appointed single family home within walking distance of the Gondola and the Main Street of Breckenridge. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready to return. One bedroom one bath (Sleeps 2-4) stand alone home. This gorgeous one bedroom home is only 300 yards from the new gondola private mid station. Walk to the gondola and ride it to the base of Peak 8 or take the gondola downtown. This free standing one bedroom home is also steps to the Breckenridge Nordic Ski Trail. Enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking and mountain biking in the summer. This home is only half of a mile from main street Breck and is an easy walk via a sidewalk. *********PRIVATE HOT TUB********** located off the patio that is for your use only! The kitchen is beautifully appointed with high end stainless steel appliances as well as granite countertops. It has everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal. The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with down pillows and a down comforter to keep you warm at night. The large bathroom is located off of the bedroom. Enjoy the jetted tub or glass enclosed *STEAM SHOWER*after a great day of hiking, skiing, or mountain biking. The living room/kitchen/dining area features a nice open floor plan that makes this property ideal for socializing in front of the gas fireplace as you cook dinner. Then curl up on the sofa and watch your favorite movie on the 55 inch Sony XBR television as the fire burns into the night. We have secure WIFI as well. The sofa offers a pull out queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress which makes the home available to sleep up to 4 people. Everything about this place is top-notch, but the location is what sets it apart. The house is nestled in a beautiful, secluded neighborhood surrounded by trees. You get to enjoy peace and quiet, yet are only a 3 minute walk to the gondola or a 10 minute walk to a bus stop which will put you right in the heart of town!
The house itself is wonderful, with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the cold weather. My kids slept on the pull-out couch and didn't complain once about it not being comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, so if you plan on going grocery shopping check what's there before you buy double, like us. The bed in the bedroom is super comfortable, perfect for a great night's sleep after a long day of adventures. The restroom has a double sink, which was perfect for us, and in the corner the washer and dryer. The steamer feature in the shower is AMAZING! We also used the hot tub outside, and it was just perfect and relaxing.
I could go on and on about how much we liked this place. On top of all of that, the hosts were just as amazing. From before we got there until we left, Brad was easy to reach out to and extremely helpful. When we return to Breckenridge, this is where we'll stay!

The property was great! We really enjoyed the hot tub. Says 4 can stay, but really better for just a family. Only one car parking available. To reach gondola take a left out of neighborhood and it’s right there. You can purchase lift tickets after you get on gondola, it’s free to ride up to the slope lift or down to downtown. Highly recommend!

We stayed here to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and were disappointed. First, the do not tell you there are approximately 17 steps outdoors that you need to navigate coming and going. Second, the unit is basically a basement apartment. It is very small, dark, and cramped! The bedroom being the worse. The view is nice, as you are among the trees, but you look a a road that is close. We did see a moose! The hot tub is nice, but it was difficult to get to it as many of the stepping stones are loose. The kitchen is nicely up dated and well equipped. I would not stay here again.

It sits just far enough away from downtown to be isolated from too much noise, but close enough that it's a very quick trip to all the action. The private hot tub was a nice perk to help end a long day.

We enjoyed our week in Breckenridge! This location cannot be beat, particularly if you both downhill and Nordic ski -- walking to the gondola Shock Hill stop was convenient for both skiing and getting into town, and the Nordic trails are easy to access at the side of the road.
Check-in was seamless, the condo was well equipped (I enjoyed the steam shower more than I expected), and the bed was very comfortable. Some of the furnishings and the cabinets are a little worse for wear. The updated stove and microwave were great for our cooking, and connecting our iPad to the TV was easy (we brought an HDMI cable with us).

When I reserved the property I thought I was getting the whole house but instead we got the basement. The furniture is WELL WORN and uncomfortabe. There was no heater in the bathroom and when we put a little floor heater in there it kept cutting off. Only heat in basement apartment is a gas fireplace which was rather hard to regulate. You were either hot or cold. Would not stay there again.

The location was perfect for a stay at Breck. It was incredibly convenient with a short walk to the gondola boarding for shock hill neighborhood. Getting on and off the mountain was a breeze. The property was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Perfect size for a couple or party of 3. We took advantage of the hot tub daily.

This home was amazing…. It really felt like it was home away from home. We only live about an hour and 45 minutes away so it was nice being so comfortable. We do a lot of traveling a lot of staying in different properties and I told my husband Colorado just knows how to do it right lol the home has every little thing you can think of in the kitchen cabinets… there are spices coffee extra cans of soup for cooking. It’s just really like home every utensil you can think of, the bathroom is also equipped, one thing is you’ll need to bring your own laundry soap… that would’ve been nice to know but like I said we were so close we just took our dirty stuff back but I would’ve liked to wash it before I went home. This is not a ski in ski out like you would think you can ski from the property and ski back into the property it’s about a 13 minute walk up the road to get to the gondola and then that gondola takes you right to peak 8… but it was amazing! The hot tub sealed the deal. It’s big and amazing. It was exactly what we were looking for to sit under the stars in the hot tub after a day of skiing definitely will stay here in the future!!

This space was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to stay in for one week while we eloped! Small and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable and large, the hot tub was amazing for relaxing after a day of hiking. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking appliances and utensils. It was a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to town and mainstreet that was filled with the cutest stores and restaurants.
The only complaints I have were overall cleanliness. When I drew up the blinds in the main room they were FILLED with cobwebs. When we got into the closet to look for the iron it was like an avalanche. The closet was a mess and filled with so much stuff it took forever to find the iron. We tried to use a fan that was in the closet but it was coated in a thick layer of dust that blew everywhere as soon as we turned it on. We ended up going to Walmart and buying our own fan and then leaving it there. When we first got there the heat was turned up so high (36 degrees Celsius) it was like walking into an oven and we had to shut it off and leave the windows open for two days before it cooled down.

The place was nice and well maintained and the owners were quick to respond when there was an issue with a bad door key. Also, the location was perfect - a quick walk to the gondolas with access to the mountain and downtown Breckenridge. Definitely recommend it!
