About this house rental
*No hotel tax for stays 30 days or longer* Beautiful contemporary style 4 bedroom (two Master suites and 2 guest bedrooms) 3.5 bath home with large bedrooms and modern Kohler baths. Pool heating is additional (re fees: $250 pool heating credit is returned if pool heater is not used). Perfect vacation home for families / couples / friends (no more than 4 unrelated parties, no share houses, per East Hampton code): Comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, + some bedrooms have additional twin beds (great for kids) = a max of 8 adults + 4 children. Large windows, modern/Art Deco furnishings, great kitchen with coffee bar, and new stove and dishwasher added 2023. Double living room with new 55" TV, Sonos Playbase, Sonos AMP. Great quality towels and Italian sheets (by Frette) provided. Large 20 x 40 heated pool (heating is extra), outdoor shower, beautiful landscaping (5 magnolia trees by pool), outdoor Weber grill (2019), very large deck with teak furniture: large table seats 8, small table seats 4, and there are 12 lounge chairs with cushions). Bedrooms: There are 4 large bedrooms: 2 Master Suites and 2 Guest Bedrooms. ON THE MAIN LEVEL there is a Master Suite and 2 Guest bedrooms: The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Guest Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and an additional twin/day bed, desk and 2 medium size closets. Guest Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, twin day bed and 2 medium size closets. Guest bedroom #2 and #3 share the second bathroom on the main level. ON THE LOWER LEVEL: there is a new Master Suite with a sitting room (sitting room can be converted to 2 twin beds, see photos), private patio and private bathroom. There is also another 1/2 bath on the Lower Level. Access to private bay beach is just a few minutes walk. Peaceful neighborhood with no through-traffic is perfect for kids, biking, walking, relaxing. There are 4 bikes and helmets available. Approx. 12 min drive to East Hampton town center, Sag Harbor town center and ocean beaches. This home is in the Northwest Woods of East Hampton near a private bay beach (this is not Springs, Springs is on the other side of 3 Mile Harbor). Keywords: House

My experience at this home was absolutely fantastic! The house was immaculate, very chic in the decor. Loved the art work and all the books in every room. The accommodations were perfect and the hostess was polite, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. The house was very comfortable, fun, easy to navigate, and had all the amenities one would need for a fun girls getaway! I appreciate the hospitality and all the fun recommendations in the area. If you are looking for a great place in the East Hamptons, look no further than this home!! Will be booking this home again for my next trip, and recommending this home to all of my friends and family who visit East Hampton. House was nicer then we expected with open floor plan, glass walls looking out to the pool and great art hanging in every room. Mostly is was my immediate family of four but we had 10 plus for two nights and everyone was comfy in their own beds. Walking down the bay beach was nice for walks and collecting shells with the kids. We easily shot into East or Sag for meals and shopping. Susan was very communicative and addressed any issues (not many) expediently. Highly recommend for family getaways.

Had a lovely experience staying here on a family girl’s trip. The home had all of the amenities we could have needed, was an easy walk to the beach, and <15 min drive to town.

Spent a week, kids could not get enough of the pool. Only thing missing was a pack n play, so bought our good.
Also the east hamptons ordinance requiring Alarms on pool facing entrance takes quite some getting used to.

This was a perfect spot to get away, unplug and unwind. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the pool was the best amenity especially during a heatwave! We loved the proximity to the private beach and all the wildlife that abounds. Highly recommended, and the host was so gracious with suggestions for all the local spots and made our stay very enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was lovely and the house is perfect for friends and family. The two king bedded rooms with bathrooms attached are great for couples with kids. The surrounding neighborhood is very chill and beautiful. The owner Susan is super helpful and very nice!

Amazing Labor day weekend at the Hamptons
The house is stunning and the owner is very attentive and responsive, she does look for anything to make us feel comfortable. We had a great time and the look and feel are even better than the pictures. We would definitely come back.

The home is filled with every possible amenity making it much easier to travel and feel at home without bringing everything with you. Located within steps of the bay beach, in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each other's company. The neighborhood and beach are gorgeous, Susan's has filled her home with beautiful, high end housewares, technology, and books, and in 15-20 minutes you can be in the towns of East Hampton, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton or Amagansett where Susan has shared recommendations for things to see, do, eat. The backyard pool is perfect for finding sun or shade with a glorious blooming magnolia tree as a backdrop, and we enjoyed outdoor meals cooked on the grill. It was a fabulous two weeks for our family, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely hope to return someday.

Beautiful home, perfect for small group
The property was beautiful. Susan was very responsive and helpful. She waited for me to arrive to give me a full tour of the house. She was also available by text with any questions that I had. The house is great for small groups, I had a small group of family/friends and we fit comfortably. The house is very close to town as well and a short drive to Montauk.

Relaxing Retreat
This house has everything you could need for a relaxing, private sanctuary. You will be tucked away in the privacy of the woods but just a few steps from the bay beach. Bikes are provided to you so you can bike around the neighborhood and there is a beautiful pool and great outdoor seating. Also a grill for making lunch. Susan is a fantastic host and makes sure to show you everything upon arrival and even beforehand, an extensive list of recommendations so you never have to wonder where to make your reservations. It's a perfect spot.

Gem of a house in a fantastic location
We were three generations ranging in age from nearly 3 to nearly 80. The house was large and comfortable enough for everyone to find some along time or to come together around the table or a movie. The house is tastefully decorated with bright original artwork and lots of fun surprises (gorgeous backgammon and chess sets, for example). The star of the show, however, is the pool and surrounding deck. The large pool has an ample shallow end for kids but plenty of deep waters too. Lots of lounge chairs and a great combination of sun and shade made it the hang place for all. Also, the owner was attentive and lovely. We will be back.

Wonderfully peaceful getaway
We spent several weeks at Susan's place to "escape" from NYC and the Covid-19 pandemic. It was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated with top notch furnishes and finishings. The grounds and neighborhood are quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, and the location convenient. Highly recommended for those wanting to get away.

Perfect Hamptons weekend.
We celebrated my daughters 30th birthday by renting this property in the Hamptons. Home was spacious, clean and perfect for a few days in the Hamptons. “Old” folks enjoyed the peace and quiet of this beautiful setting. The “kids” appreciated the convenience to the restaurants, clubs etc. and the beautiful pool. Susan was a perfect host. Don’t hesitate to rent this incredible property.

A classic modern dream getaway
With three families and young children, we couldn’t have asked for a better summer vacation than what we found at this beautiful modern home.
The pool, easy beach access, great restaurants and shopping area. There was something g for everyone.
As an art lover and fashion enthusiast, I also enjoyed the great collection of books and art collection. Learned quite a bit as well.
Highly recommend to families or groups of friends.

Fabulous! Weekend was too short!
I was very lucky to have found this wonderful home for July 4th weekend for our family at last minute. Susan’s home is fabulous and maintained beautifully. She was at the house to check us in and gave us a lot of information about the area. She was always so quick to respond to any questions I had.
Her personal touch is through out the house which made the house feel very warm . All the rooms are roomy and very comfortable. Downstairs master suite was brand new and felt very private. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and hanging out at the deck. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. She even had big gallons of water for us to use. We really enjoyed Susan’s home and the neighborhood. The only down side was that our trip was way too short. We would love to rent again but definitely for a longer stay next time to relax at the nearby beaches and to enjoy more of the Hamptons living.

Beautiful is an understatement
First.. Susan is incredible. She was helpful, available, and even emailed us a list of amazing things to do/try/eat in the area. The house was immaculate and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and my family had a blast. It’s a short walk to a great beach and you can’t beat the Sag Harbor /Hamptons area. The photos do not do the house justice. There is a completely stocked kitchen for cooking , beautiful bathrooms ... everything Was modern and tasteful.

Lovely experience!
Spent a weekend with some of my dearest friends. Susan was incredibly communicative and helpful from the beginning. She was always super flexible and helpful if we needed anything during the weekend. Pictures just don’t do this home justice. Beautiful, spacious and well-adorned. It had everything that we needed to have an amazing weekend. Would love to return for a future trip. Great Weekend
My family and I had a great weekend at Susan's house. Modern living areas and nice pool. Only a 15 minute drive to East Hampton shops and close by to Sag Harbor. The private beach was a hit with my kids and dog. Susan was always available by phone or text to answer any question we had about the house.

The house is clean, modern and beautiful. Susan was nice and super helpful - she was very accommodating in all aspects. The house is somewhat removed from the main town, and therefore offers plenty of privacy. Enjoyed our stay!
