We offer a 2 day minimum Manhattan Beach Condo located in the beautiful Sand Section. Stunning views and sounds of the Pacific Ocean, Beach and Coastline! Family-friendly condo in an EXCELLENT location (Quiet, residential Neighborhood ideal for families and couples; no party policy. 2 BR+ queen sized sofa sleeper /2 BA condo with terrific Ocean views. Fully furnished. Located 1.5 blocks from the beach. The Condo is just steps away from fabulous restaurants, shops and parks. Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath with step in shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Newly remodeled with wood flooring and stone countertops throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances. Manhattan Beach is a quiet, residential neighborhood, no loud parties allowed. 30 day cancellation prior to check in. Guests should bring their own soap and shampoo as well as food items such as bread, milk and condiments. Smart TV's w/ Wi-FI, DVD, CD, cable TV, high speed internet w/ Wi-FI. Kitchen is fully equipped. Full washer/dryer in unit. Includes parking in garage with automatic opener. Cannot over state how much we loved our stay. The views are amazing, the proximity to the beach, the Strand and local restaurants are so convenient. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the sunsets are off the hook. Cannot wait to come back

Check in process and communication top notch. Private garage eliminated any parking stress that is sometimes a problem in Manhattan Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views. Great location, 2 block walk to the beach. Quieter north end of town, feels like a private beach. Perfect for family of 4, has a pack n play for little ones, and beach gear. Garage parking at the unit. Would recommend and plan to return!

The interior is very basic - No extra frills (they do mention to bring your own soap and cooking supplies). But.. The ocean view and proximity to the beach is 5 star!

Only problem was the coffeemaker. But would recommend highlighting that the garage will only fit a medium SUV or smaller.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a 2 min walk from the beach and you can see it from the balcony every morning when you wake up. Also nearby are some great food spots like El Tarasco and it's a 20 min walk from downtown Manhattan beach where you can find great food like Tacolicious. Also the unit has everything you need and the communication with the owner is very clear.

Our family (three adults, two young children) had a wonderful experience at Todd's lovely home overlooking Manhattan Beach. The unit was clean, spacious and the views.....AMAZING. Todd was an excellent communicator; we had no issues throughout the stay....except that everyone would have enjoyed being able to stay longer. It is an exceptional location for conversation, the sound of ocean waves, sunrises and sunsets!

Great condo with awesome view of the ocean. Enjoyed hearing the waves in the background. Short walk to both the beach, downtown Manhattan Beach as well as nearby local restaurants in north MB.

We loved our stay at this incredible spot! The views are unbeatable and you are just a 3 minute walk to the ocean. Everything is walking distance and the location is unmatched.

I'll start with the pros:
Wonderful location as the condo is just 2 blocks up from gorgeous Manhattan beach! There are ocean views from pretty much every window in the condo. All new linens in the bedrooms and beds are super comfortable (we slept well). Tons of closet space. Parking for one car or small SUV in the garage was very convenient. Todd is super easy to work with.
Some cons (but certainly not deal breakers):
As another visitor mentioned, the condo is a bit tired and could use a good painting throughout and I agree. The blinds on all windows are very tough to pull up/down and could use a good cleaning. There was no table and chairs on the small patio as advertised in the photos. The refrigerator could use replacing as the outside of the freezer door is rusting out all around the water/ice maker. No AC was tough as there were a couple of nights where the condo reached 77 degrees and was just a bit stuffy. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are wobbly and the speeds were pretty low - I think these could be replaced, as should the lamps in the living room as these are rusty as well. As another visitor noted the washing machine in the main unit is broken so we had to use the unit in the garage.
Overall none of what I mentioned above stopped us from enjoying ourselves. We truly had a wonderful visit and I think some deep cleaning and a good painting throughout would make a huge difference!
