This newer build has everything you need to feel right at home! Preparing a group dinner is a breeze in the roomy kitchen with stainless appliances. With a whole home water filtration system and RO filter on the fridge, you'll always have access to pure, great tasting water (this is important in Surfside because the water has a high mineral concentration, which can affect the taste). The open-concept living room beckons just beyond with a gray sectional couch and a big smart TV. Choose from Netflix or Amazon Prime for a relaxing movie night. 3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHS Each of the three bedrooms has its own flat screen TV! The first-floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed that is low-profile for easy access, and an attached bath with a shower detailed in luminous marble. This bathroom is also accessible to the living and dining area. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a shared full bath with a roomy walk-in shower. The house was great. If I had to criticize anything, it would be the beds are a little outdated and are somewhat stiff compared to my home bed. This may be subjective but just my 2 cents. Overall, the stay was great and super convenient considering it is EV friendly.

This was a repeat stay for us and it was wonderful as always! We rented the golf cart again which is so handy to haul things back and forth to the beach. The house is very comfortable and the communication with the owners is prompt. We love coming to Surfside - it's so relaxing. The beach is our happy place! Thanks again to the Britt's for a wonderful week at the beach!

We had a great time for Jeep weekend! Only minor issue was the hot water, owners offered to semd handy man, but we were at the beach and didn’t get back until late. All the boys were happy to shower outside!

The property was just as presented in the advertisement. What really set it apart from other location we have rented was the efforts of the owners.
We had an issue (noise) with a neighboring property. When I shared the situation with the owners, they contacted the owner of the neighboring property and got the situation fixed in less than 24 hours.

My husband and I and our two dogs stayed at Beach House 2 and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Everything was meticulous and well planned. Truly the owners have covered every detail.
The proximity to the beach is perfect and the beach is amazing! So clean and well maintained! We loved walking for hours with our dogs. Evren though we went in January, the weather was pretty great! The fence around the yard was GREAT for the pups! We’ve never felt safer while on vacation!
While this time of year, there were not many businesses open, it was easy to get groceries and meals out in both Galveston and Lake Jackson.
I highly recommend the Britt family and any of their properties. They have left no stone unturned!!! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!!!

This house is in a great location and is very clean, updated and spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The owners are very helpful with questions and even send you a helpful manual about the property and the surrounding area. We went over Labor Day and it had been raining a few days before we got there. The mosquitoes were terrible in Surfside so bring mosquito spray just in case.

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed a long weekend at 122 LaFitte. We rented the golf cart too and had fun going to the beach multiple times and further down to the jetty. I highly recommend this property.

Very clean, comfortably furnished, kitchen is well-appointed with pots and pans, dishes and cooking utensils, extras like soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent are provided. The hot/cold outdoor shower is great - every time we came back from the beach, my dog ran straight to the shower to get rinsed off with us. The short distance to the beach was easily navigable for my daughter who walks with a cane. On the last day, we watched dolphins play and brown pelicans diving for fish just off the beach.
This was our first vacation since Covid (March, 2020) and it could not have been better. We would book here again.

It was like staying at a clean friends house. Kitchen had what we needed to cook. Beds were comfy and family room was cozy for us to all hang out, watch movies and play games. Beach was just very close and we went everyday.

House needs to be exterminated. A roach in bathroom & kitchen which kind of grossed us out. No top sheet on one of the beds. Gate on balcony wouldn’t latch properly & golf cart seatbelts wouldn’t stay latched. A bit overpriced since view of beach was minimal along with the other issues noted above however overall experience was ok

The house is located really close to the beach within a short walking distance. The golf cart comes in handy when you want to bring a lot of chairs and a tent to the beach, so I recommend getting it. The houses surrounding the house has a few guests and was super quiet and tame. Bring some extra garbage bags and if you plan to do a ton of cooking some better pots and pans. The sofa is great for watching movies as a family. They have everything ...hulu, netflix, etc. Overall it was great!

My husband and I took our two little kids to the beach the for the first time. We wanted something nice but easy for us and kid friendly. I have been to Surfside several times so I knew what I was looking for. My girls loved the house, my four year old loved tge bunk beds! Easy to turn on a movie when they got wiped out, and we got most of iur own groceries at the nearby HEB. The golf cart is a MUST when lugging kids and beach chairs!

We enjoyed our stay this pass weekend. Your home is very comfortable and enough space for 6 people. Only one small thing , outside shower turn on/off levers broke off due to being rusty,not a major problem. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Stacy Gutierrez
