COASTAL CHIC Here in Surfside, you get the best of both worlds: a laid-back beach town and a luxe beach house to come back to after a day of exploring. This newer build has everything you need to feel right at home! Preparing a group dinner is a breeze in the roomy kitchen with stainless appliances. Pull up a seat to chat with the chef at the granite island. With a whole home water filtration system and RO filter on the fridge, you'll always have access to pure, great tasting water (this is important in Surfside because the water has a high mineral concentration, which can affect the taste). The open-concept living room beckons just beyond with a gray sectional couch and a big smart TV. Choose from Netflix or Amazon Prime for a relaxing movie night. 3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHS Each of the three bedrooms has its own flat screen TV! The first-floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed that is low-profile for easy access, and an attached bath with a shower detailed in luminous marble. This bathroom is also accessible to the living and dining area. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a shared full bath with a roomy walk-in shower. One of these bedrooms has a queen-size bed + a twin-over-twin bunk set (sleeps 4). The other has a queen bed + a twin trundle daybed (sleeps 4). We were extremely happy with this last min choice. Now that we have stayed at the Surfside paradise property, their homes will be the only ones my family will stay at. Thanks for the wonderful experience, we made wonderful memories. My young kids even made a video tour of the property for their YouTube channel. Haha.

You couldn’t do any better than this property in Surfside. It’s close to everything. The house is clean and well appointed. Property manager was available to answer questions, but not pestering us. Everything was just as advertised! We had a wonderful time!

We were all super impressed with our stay and so close to the beach. Having our pets with us with the security of a fence on both top deck and bottom deck was so nice. Definitely plan on staying again.

This is a nice, newer property. All furnishings and amenities were pretty well maintained for a rental property. It’s just a short walk to the beach and the area of the beach didn’t seem as crowded as other areas. Will definitely rent this or another one of the hosts properties again.

From the start the host made everything simple and kept in touch to make sure we were having a good experience. The house is very spacious and cozy. All beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. You can really tell the owners take pride in their house and your experience. The downstairs under the house is fenced in and it was perfect for our dog. The beach is super close and you can watch the waves from the living room window. We had a lovely time and hope to be returning guest in the near future!!!

We booked this property for a family getaway and were not disappointed! Check-in was easy with everything outlined in the Welcome Packet. Walk to the beach was short and easy, even the 2 year old walked! House was well equipped and perfect for our group of 8. Owners emailed to check in on us and were responsive when we had a question. I would definitely recommend this property!

We rented for the weekend and we couldn't have chosen a better beach house! Everything was well equipped. The owner also checked in to see how everything was going! I will definitely recommend this place for anyone that is looking to be close to the beach!
