Our FAQ: HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes biking or 12-15 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB. PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 1. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house. PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire. CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. 14-30 days prior to arrival date you may cancel and receive 50% refund. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
