Nestled in Yosemite Park Way, this lovely house for $776 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Kitchen, living area and two bedrooms (queen size beds) and second bathroom are located in the middle level. Entrance to the house is through the middle level with an easy access from the parking space: only 15 feet from the parking to the deck, one step down and two steps up to the main level of the house. Further Details: The large game room is located downstairs. It has a double size futon sofa, TV, game table and dry bar with refrigerator. The third bathroom is also located downstairs. Relax and unwind on your private deck while listening to sounds of wildlife (mule deer, squirrels, Steller's Jays and coyotes are frequent visitors) and watching stunning sunsets that only Yosemite has to offer. Sorry, no pets allowed, and like all properties, this is a non smoking rental. Satellite WiFi is in unit but not fast enough for video streaming and video calling.

Wonderful place to stay. We had a great time and recommend this house. It is well equipped with everything you will need. Easy access to Yosemite valley, great sunsets from the deck, good parking with just a few steps to enter the house. We would definitely stay here again.

First off Yosemite is so incredibly beautiful. And our home for the week was also stunning. Good location, quiet, peaceful. Easy to find (directions) and enter (access) with ample off-street parking. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Lovely deck with working gas grill. Very responsive rental company agents to all of our questions (urgent or otherwise). And centrally located to the main attractions – Wawona, Yosemite Village, etc. A few very minor concerns – particularly given how sparse grocery shopping is in the park. We would’ve liked the house to be more fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials (like foil, plastic wrap, “baggies”, tissues). And the wifi / cell service was very spotty (but was mentioned in the home description so we weren’t surprised, but access was sporadic). All things considered this was a beautiful house in a beautiful place and we would definitely stay here again if back to Yosemite.

This home was very clean. We were able to cook every one of our meals there easily because the kitchen was well appointed. Air conditioning and fans made for comfortable sleep at night. The game room was enjoyed by all. I liked that there was full disclosure of the internet speed that doesn’t allow for streaming. This allowed us to download movies and shows to our devices in preparation prior to our arrival so we weren’t stuck without anything to watch in the evenings. There is a booster seat and pack-n-play there for those with toddlers. I have twins and had to bring two of these things but it would’ve saved me some packing space in our car had I known of these items. The house was near perfection but if I had to nit pick something I’d suggest some window shades or screen over the large high window that functions as a skylight in the master bedroom. It made sleeping not an option as full light streamed in early at 6 am.

My family and I enjoyed the house very much. Love the view, the cozy layout and design of the house. We enjoyed the game room. Internet was very slow, we couldn’t play YouTube music. The speaker downstairs was blown out and the tv downstairs didn’t work. All else was great. We were only 20 minutes outside Yosemite park. Very refreshing and relaxing house. We will definitely book this house again.

Our family had a wonderful time in Yosemite at this house. The location was great, 17 miles from the Yosemite valley floor (~30 min drive). The house itself was clean, and well supplied. We had a large group of 9, with 6 adults and 3 children, and had plenty of room for everyone. We had a little trouble adjusting the thermostat for the master bedroom upstairs, where the temperature dropped pretty cold in the early hours. One other light fixture needed a new light bulb, but other than that, everything was in working order. When we return to Yosemite, we would love to stay at this house again!

Place is well equipped and very clean. A great place for a family vacation in Yosemite. Gets a little warm from the thermostat adjustments, but with fans can be tolerated. Microwave was little sketchy and worked off and on. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. Could use a bigger TV in living room for evening TV watching after a long day of hiking. Great views with incredible decks to view the valley. Easily one of the nicest places we have stayed anywhere. Highly recommend the Alpine Aerie.
