Nestled in Gilbert, this attractive house for $214 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our one level home offers a spacious kitchen/dinette/family room area that handles a crowd. The unique "H" style floor plan ensures privacy with the two bedroom wings separated by the living/dining room. Ten foot high ceilings throughout the home. Plenty of seating in front of the large screen TV. TV's in every bedroom. Unique, southwest facing, backyard/pool area second to none. Pool has new salt system. Walled for complete privacy. Overhanging mesquite shades the sunken bistro-type eating area that hosts a gas grill and swim-up bar. A large sun bathing area, with seating and umbrellas, anchors the other end of the thirty-five foot, heated pool. Eight foot diameter, elevated spa provides soothing waterfall feature. Home was spacious and comfortable for two families. Home owner was excellent to deal with. The pool was warm and provided hours of outdoor fun. Great location for accessing lots local attractions. Great grocery stores very close by.

We stayed for a week in early June. This was the third time at this house. It's a great size to spread out but comfortable just like home. The pool is such a great way to be lazy and enjoy the heat, and the hot tub was even better. It's close to a lot of things making it convenient. The house is stocked with pretty much all the basics. Just plan to have some groceries delivered from the local walmart and you're set!

The house was absolutely perfect for a relaxing family get away. Private pool to drink your coffee at in the morning, pool for the hot summer heat, and hot tub for a relaxing evening. Home was spacious enough for everyone to have their own privacy. Door from master to pool was perfect! Would absolutely be happy to stay again. Thank you!

The property and pool were very accommodating.
However, expect early morning lawn maintenance and pool cleaning service during your stay. We experienced a scheduled door repair for the home that was not in our itinerary and was expected to be there or provide the repairman with access to the home. Overall the home provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay and spend time with family.

The house is big and the pool was great! Frequent visits by the pool cleaners was a huge bonus. Great location with easy access to Gilbert and Chandler. Joe was very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Stayed for a month and really enjoyed the home.
While most of the month was just two of us, we were visited one week by our son and daughter’s families including five grandchildren. The floor plan of the house is very good for a family of 11 and we discovered the hide-a-bed in one of the bedrooms converted into a bunk bed so four of the kids had their own room … with a TV!
The main dining room table (the table top is an old section of a bowling lane - very cool) comfortably sat us all at mealtimes and during a competitive game of Spoons. By far the best dining room table we’ve ever had for our large group at a vacation home. The pool was outstanding. While tree leaves are a nuisance (had a few windy days) the provided skimming net and three day a week pool service kept things reasonably clear of debris. The hot tub LITERALLY heats up in 10 minutes … and it gets hot! The kids had a blast, virtually spending two days in the pool. Temperature of the pool was great, allowing the wifey to swim laps everyday.
House is well stocked with cooking utensils, towels and located near groceries and other stores.
There are four playgrounds within walking distance on a nice walking path, with the largest being about a 30 minute walk and the smaller ones inside 10 minutes.
Joe was great to work with, responded quickly to some small issues that popped up and made sure everything was squared away.

The home was wonderful could not have asked for more. The pool and Spa were beautiful and the girls spent all day outside. The nearby golf course was perfect the guys spent everyday over there. The neighborhood was wonderful with all the walking paths. The owner was so easy to work with and if we had a question he was quick to answer us. This was a fabulous place to stay we are hoping to return next year.

The home was clean and offers a number of very nice amenities. It was well located for our purposes and everything anyone could possibly need was within a reasonable distance. The home, in general, is showing a bit of ware though. The owner is on top of things and very quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay very much. (Just an Fyi-Instructions say the optimal temperature for the air conditioners is 75. We were comfortable w/ the temp in the house between 75/77. The Owner might want to check the stat on the wall by the Master bedroom. We would set it at 75 and a couple times a day & night it would automatically reset it self to 72.)

Family Vacation
This property is amazing! We stayed for a week and found ourselves in the pool quite often. The grill and sunken patio are awesome and provide perfect shade during certain times of the day. Joe is so easy to communicate with and provides very detailed instructions and guides to local points of interest. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joe!

Great pool & patio!
We meet our parent to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday. They were able to park their small RV at the side yard, which was very handy. Garage fridge never got cold, used the freezer as a fridge and bought a cooler for extra beverages. Could supply more toilet paper and paper towels as we ran out. Thhe house is very comfortable and the pool/patio were fabulous! We had a wonderful time.

We had a lovely time at May’s Pond. The pool and hot tub area is awesome…we spent many hours outside. The house comes well equipped with enough towels and bedding for everyone. We love the area and we’re close by to all the amenities. Communication with the owner was perfect.

Warm pool, Peaceful and Relaxing home/neighborhood
The home is inviting and very comfortable. It suited us perfectly😊. We chose this home because of the salt water hot tub and pool and we couldn’t have been happier. We have sensitive skin and we were in the water multiple times daily. Our skin had no adverse reactions, if anything, it is softer now. Pool care people came by twice ( that we know of), and someone else came by and cleaned up the fallen leaves on the property. The master bed was harder than we are used to, but we slept very well every night. We are from MT, and loved, loved having this winter interlude in AZ (our first time in AZ). If we had known ahead of time what days the pool people were coming, we would have made sure to have it uncovered for them. (Pool folks have their own access to the property).
We are sorry we have to leave. (sitting in the living room, drinking coffee on the morning of our departure). Highly recommend this property. Hope to be able to return someday!

My family had a wonderful and relaxing stay over the holidays at this well appointed home. The pool was nice and warm despite the cooler temperatures and the location was central to everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the house felt very spacious. Joe was very responsive to questions and made a lot of helpful recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!
