Located in South Forest Beach, this charming condo for $180 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Hilton Head Island! Our villa is steps from the beach at wonderful Seaside Villas I (#135). Located in the South Forest Beach area, our villa is close to Coligny Beach and Sea Pines. This is a gated beachfront complex. Our condo is non-smoking and pet-free. ** REMINDER ** Seaside Villas is a pet-free community as per its covenants. Any pets found on condo property are subject to a daily $500 fine assessed by the condo association. (We love our pets too, unfortunately they are not allowed). This one bedroom villa (with a pocket door for privacy) has a queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a full-sized sleeper sofa, and dining area. There is a 50" 4K flat screen TV in the living room and another flat screen TV in the bedroom -- both with cable television. Included is also an airbed with pump and another rollaway bed. The condo comes with free Wi-Fi and free long distance within the USA. There is a remodeled balcony with a terrific ocean view. On-site amenities include a pool and sun deck as well. Recent renovations include updated floors, kitchen, sofa couch, and a new queen-sized in the bedroom. Please let us know ahead of time the number of guests staying in the condo for safety reasons.

The condo was just as described! It was super clean, and there were several thoughtful details! We made use of the beach chairs and towels, and it was such a convenient location for going to the beach and local restaurants. The communication was superb. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We’ve stayed at Seaside Villas several times because we love the beaches and the location to Coligny with all the shops and restaurants. The condo was perfect for us, very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed! Brenda, our host was most welcoming and checked on us throughout our stay. I thought that was a nice touch. We are already planning another trip back. Thank you for the hospitality.

My husband and our 2 sons had a great time in this villa. It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The owner provides a rollaway bed and sheets if extra bedding is needed. Great location to the beach with a great view!

Brenda was very informative & accommodating, she stayed in constant contact willing & able to address any concerns, which there were none, place was tidy & clean & little notes everywhere to where you never had to question anything you were doing, the little guardian angel keychain was a very nice touch, her place will hopefully be our go to the next time I’m in Hilton Head

The property manager was so kind and gave clear instructions for entry into the condo and throughout our stay. The condo was clean and everything inside was easy to find. Beach towels and chairs are provided, which is nice. Once there food and shopping is easily walking distance and from the condo to the beach is about a 5 minute walk. I definitely recommend and will stay there again!

Villa was exactly as advertised and very comfortable with several extra nice touches. Location was perfect (about one block from Coligny Plaza and a few steps to the beach). Great for everyone but especially for those who want an elevator to the unit and no stairs to the beach. The manager was especially helpful (in dealing with a misdelivered package) and sweet. Highly recommend!

We had the best time! We even brought our bikes and rode around to everything. Great location, very clean and Brenda was amazing with communication. She definitely goes above and beyond for her guests to make sure they are taken care of while on vacation. :) We will be back.

The property was very nice and the host, Brenda, was excellent. It was as described and had a nice view from the balcony. Brenda left a lot of written instructions which was appreciated. Checking in and out was easy. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. There were amenities you would need if you forgot haircare products or soaps. Bring your own coffee and tea. There is a coffeemaker that's both drip and pods. You might want to bring your own toilet paper if you prefer something other than 1 ply. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was easy and there was a nice large deck with lounge chairs for sunning if you didn't want to sun on the beach. The beach was gorgeous. I do have a suggestion though for anyone considering staying here. I wouldn't advise more than two occupants. It's listed as sleeping 2-4 but it's small and I'm afraid more than 2 would be very cramped. For 2 adults it's really nice but small and compared to some hotel suites, think smaller. But this is just my suggestion and know that we were very pleased with the property and recommend it without hesitation. There is a community room with washers and dryers if needed. There seemed to be enough parking spaces but during the busy season, I'm not sure if that would be the case.

My husband and I got out of the cold for a few days and it was perfect. Of course it helped that the weather was unseasonably warm but the condo was in the perfect location. I sat out every morning on the balcony and looked at the water. We were so close to restaurants and bars that two nights we walked everywhere. My husband brought his bike and was able to ride the beautiful trails. I'd love to book again next year!

My wife and I loved our stay! The place was perfect - very clean, and had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for better in terms of location - steps to the beach and you can walk to Coligny plaza in just a few minutes. Would 100% stay here again!

A friend and I rented this property for a girls getaway at the beach. It did not disappoint, just steps from beach! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, was located a short walk from shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Brenda made check in easy and made herself available to us if we needed anything. We will definitely come back to this property in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

This villa is in a great location within walking or biking distance to Coligny shopping center. You truly do not have to move your car while visiting if you do not want to. It is perfect for rest and relaxation! Brenda is a great host and wonderful to communicate with.

Brenda's place was immaculate, thoughtfully planned, and in a great location for our little family of four. We were close to the beach, bike trails, and an awesome playground called Adventure Park. Her hard work and thoughtfulness with her property were evident from the moment we arrived. Brenda responded quickly when we had questions during our trip and was very accommodating. She represents the best of Southern hospitality! Thanks for helping us fall even more in love with Hilton Head!
