Our stay was good. We had a good time. More than enough room for everyone. Thank You.

What breakfast? The location was great! The rooms were nice. It was nice having the WI there. The hot tub was nice. The fact that you had small plastic storage containers was good and helpful.

We couldn’t get the DVD to work or figure out how to get the tv to work. Some of the dishes were dirty and you need to let people know what kind of coffee pot you have so they can get the right kind of coffee filters or provide them with the right kind. And the extra pillows had hair all over them.

Exceptional

Absolutely loved how well-appointed the house was; well-stocked kitchen re utensils, cooking/baking ware, towels & oven mitts, beautifully sharpened knife block set - all of the creature comforts of your home kitchen and in great condition. We cooked a lot of meals (limited meal selection for gluten free travelers) & brought along a crock pot. Upon arrival, we found two in the kitchen! All kitchen items, surfaces and spaces were spotlessly clean. The only exception being the blender, which hadn’t been well-cleaned by previous users and it leaks (may want to consider a different brand that is easier to clean and maintain). Loved the small community in which the property was located - comfortable feel to the place, easy to navigate and we felt comfortable in letting our 9yo & 14yo roam while walking dogs, playing on scooters, etc... We are a multi-ethnic family and felt welcome and safe in the community. Depoe Bay is such a lovely location, and we appreciated being just a hair’s breadth outside of the town. Enjoyed close-in whale watching from the shore, frolicked on the not-so-crowded beach and exercised the dogs. It was just outstanding. The bedroom arrangements were fantastic as well; the downstairs queen was perfect, and having the upstairs configuration for family travel also great. The upstairs queen/twin combo worked well for us, as did the twin/twin room. Enough bathroom facilities and hot water to go around.

We all have T-Mobile, which is spotty at best along the Oregon Coast. By the time our entry directions arrived via app and email, we were well out of range. Having the info a day PRIOR to arrival would be helpful. We were able to get the necessary code to enter the property, but it took about 35 minutes of finding enough cell coverage to hold the line while the customer service person could verify and assist. Got cut off several times. Would suggest a few more window coverings at the actual property; the front and back door window glass sections are completely transparent, which is a privacy issue. It was also hot, hot, hot in the upstairs bedrooms! We really appreciated the small fans provided, but they were Menopausal-Woman-with-her-own-fan small; too small to cool a single sleeping person, and definitely too small to cool a bedroom sleeping 2-3. Perhaps stock the upstairs with larger, more powerful fans? LOVE that the properties are non-smoking, but the outdoor smoker next door ruined many of our opportunities for sitting outside, BBQing and hot-tubbing. Not sure what the property management can really do about that, but there it is.
