Nestled in Tucson, this lovely house for $55 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Very nice, newly remodeled 1 bedroom. Granite Countertops, travertine tile, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge with ice maker. Fully furnished with dishes and cookware. Your home away from home. Centrally located for easy access to all your vacation activities. This house was built in the late teens back when Tucson ended several miles west of this house and the Tucson slowly built itself around it. This great 1 bedroom is attached to the historical house. There is a lovely courtyard out back. Free wifi and cable. There is a pillow top queen bed and large closet in the bedroom. The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. We are a pet free home to help insure an allergy free space. So please, do not book if you have a pet.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The space itself was very clean and spacious, and had all the amenities you'd expect. The owner was extremely responsive and friendly as well. Would absolutely stay here again next time I am in town.

Megan, the host, had lots of flyers on the coffee table for things to do in Tucson that helped us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The heater in the bedroom was noisy and we turned it off to sleep. The door code didn't work when we arrived so we had to test Megan. She replied quickly.

This was our second visit to this clean, private & interesting older home with many modern upgrades. I wish we weren't working & had more time to relax & enjoy this rental. We will hopefully return next year.

Megan answered every text almost immediately. The property was clean, cheerful and spacious for a one bedroom. Nice outside space, centrally located, well appointed kitchen. An outstanding value.

Megan was extremely quick with responses and very kind!! There was a lot more included in the property than expected as far as pantry items, plenty available to make a quick meal or two without an additional grocery run. Extra towels and linens were included. Very clean, calming, welcoming space in a safe neighborhood. I never once felt uncomfortable while staying here. Whenever I stay in Tucson I plan on booking with Megan again. Great experience!! Definitely recommend.

The property was great for my needs. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen which saved a lot of time and money on eating for the week. Instructions for everything were very clear. Easy access, very clean. This was my second visit. I plan to be back again next year.

Megan D our host was wonderful. She was so helpful and welcoming. The Casita was very nice and we had plenty of room. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated and was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want there was even a small Styrofoam cooler which was wonderful because we didn't have to use our big cooler for our day trips and hikes. The bathroom was also well stocked with everything. The back patio was great and so quite, we picked fresh oranges. Very quite older neighbor closer to downtown. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Place was okay. Kinda dark. Was disappointed when I was told the small bag of laundry I had forgot was put outside with the cats 🐈 that roam the property. Told her to throw clothes out. Would not stay here again

All new appliances and furniture. Cute little patio with orange tree. Full size fridge. clean and comfortable. Area seems old, but my friend who lives in Tucson said that it is a good and safe neighborhood and it is close to every kind of store and restaurant. We enjoyed our stay.

Either of Megan's properties (Erin St./Belevedere St.) offer great value for the money and they come as advertised....clean, cold air, private, quiet neighborhood, easy communication for check-in and check-out, excellent kitchen facilities, and wifi. I enjoyed both of my stays with Erin and wouldn't hesitate doing so again!
