Place was great. Close to everything. The only problem is Main Bedroom windows should be replace or sealed better. Last night with wind curtains were moving and banging from leaking windows. Also should have procedure written out on Fireplace a d TV since they had 2 remotes.

Everything was great except for lack of parking on upper level where an old lady with bad knees can enter the building without any stairs. would have been nice to have luggage carts also. The condo was beautiful and well equipped.The location and views are great.

We loved our stay at the condo in Pigeon Forge. It was a great landing place in a central location to all the attractions in the area. We appreciated the clean space with cute Bear decorations. I would for sure stay here again if I return to the area! Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was good. we were disappointed they no longer have carts to move luggage, clothing and other items to the condo. Construction work was ongoing around our building with the lift making constant beeping sounds which was annoying. Minor cable TV issues for a day or so but quickly resolved after calling Stacy.

The condo was very clean and spacious. The king bed was comfortable. Although you could still hear the road noise from the balcony, the Mountain view was great. You are conveniently located within minutes of Pigeon Forge and a short drive to the national forest. Our stay was wonderful!

We took a family vacation to Pigeon Forge TN and stayed at the Big Bear Resort and Lodge - unit 5003.This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. When we opened the door on arrival, we all said how nice it was. The master bedroom is awesome, with a king size bed and really nice bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a jacuzzi tub. There was also a door to the very large balcony. The second bedroom also had a king bed. The second bathroom was a nice, standard bathroom.The balcony out back was great. Awesome views of the mountains, and we sat out there in the morning before we started our day and when we got back. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 rockers. The condo is well equipped with a range, dishwasher, fridge, appliances, plates, glasses, dining tbl, chairs, sofa etc.It was a great size for our group of 4 adults, a 10 year old and a 5 year old.The unit was very clean and well maintained.This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge and we discovered it was very busy with a fair amount of traffic. So what we liked about the location of the condo was that you are down pretty close to a lot of the things you're going to want to do and saving some time versus staying further out. We were 20 to 25 minutes from Gatlinburg and 15 minutes or so over to Dollywood. Another area that we liked was Wears Valley, which is the road off the resort property, and heading away from Pigeon Forge. We took Wears Valley Road to go to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You need to make a day trip there - and in particular Cades Cove, where we saw 6 adult bears, including a mama and her cub. Really a great day.There are lots of restaurants, Go Kart tracks, Mountain coasters, mini golf, ice cream, shops and more very close to the condo.Dollywood was very nice, and Soaky Mtn - a great water park is worth going to.I do want to mention that the staff for My Smoky Rentals was great - beyond great actually. Very helpful and willing to help if
