Chair rental in front of condo. 1 1/2 Bedroom, 1 !/2 bathrooms open iTropic Isles MY # 1 Priorities Top Notch Cleaning - New sleeper Sofas Comfort 4 Guests New King Bed New King Size Bed, New Sofa's, 2 Beach Chairs with umbrella set up on beach for your enjoyment for a Small fee, Keyless Entry, Granite Counters, Heated Pool Condo 404 is a one bedroom, one & 1/2 Bath unit which also has bunk beds in the hall W/ pocket door to provide privacy to the full size twin bunks and bed room from the kitchen and living room area for additional sleeping pleasure while others may be night Owls. 2-Queen sleeper sofa Plus recliner in living room. The condo can sleep 6 comfortably. A washer and dryer is also in the unit. The large private balcony is a direct gulf view offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Wake up early to view the sunrise and dolphins or watch the sunset or just plain beach watching. The unit is centrally located within walking distance of the 'T' at Highway 59, The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, many of the dining establishments, downtown festivals and shopping. It's only minutes to the Gulf State Pier, the many amusement parks, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, nature trails, Fort Morgan, ferry to Dauphin Island, dolphin tours, para-sailing, library, museum and other attractions. It is also just a short drive North to OWA, the Outlet Mall or Train Museum in Foley. There is a extra $200 cost for festival and/or holiday week or weekend if Prices are not already noted! Perhaps the most recognizable feature of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are the 32 miles of white-sand beaches that stretch across the Alabama coastline. Made of crushed quartz washed down thousands of years ago from the Appalachian Mountain chain, it’s one of the reasons vacationers travel year after year to visit the Alabama Gulf Coast. This 4th floor unit has an extra large balcony and offers a direct view of the beach/Ocean from the balcony. The view of the pool is below the balcony. Extra large sliding door for spectacular views from inside condo of the beach. To enhance your enjoyment we have recently painted, added new refrigerator with ice maker, new flat screen TV's, New microwave, new stove, ceiling fans, and a new 40 gallon water heater. There is ceramic tile flooring throughout including tile on balcony A 42' TV is visible from comfy sectional, dining table and both sofas! A fully equipped kitchen has all you will need including coffee maker Keurig and Mr Coffee, 4 toaster, blender,, microwave and hand mixer. The Master bath has two sinks cabinet, mirror, New plumbing fixtures and Granite vanity top. The bedroom has a New King bed, new 42' TV. Free internet is available along with cable TV. This complex has many amenities including an heated outdoor pool, large grilling area with over-sized charcoal grills, picnic, very short boardwalk to the beach, chairs and tables at pool, covered under building for loading and unloading, Carts to help get your stuff upstairs. limited handicapped parking, ample carts, buggies and one elevator. To the east of Gulf Shores, it is a 45 minute drive to Pensacola Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile. We have Ring doorbell on condo.

Our stay from Oct 2-5 was Fabulous. This condo was very nice, clean, and just as described with a wonderful balcony in a great location. Very relaxing! Beach access a plus! Close to groceries and shopping. And, a huge thanks to our host Theresa for recommending Lillian’s Pizza on Perdido Key Dr. in Pensacola, FL. Short drive for a fun place with excellent atmosphere and food…especially the Key Lime Pie! Thanks again for a great place to stay❣️

It was our first time to Gulf Shores and we certainly picked the right place to stay! We absolutely loved Tropic Isles! Our condo was squeaky clean, the AC was ice cold, the bed was comfy and the kitchen fully stocked. Our host Tresa was just as excellent! You won’t find a better place and a better host! We so enjoyed getting up each morning and having coffee on the balcony that overlooks the ocean. Only steps away from the beach…close to all the action in town…you won’t find a better place to stay. We will be back!

We had a great time! The condo was very nice and convenient to everything! This condo had everything we needed, all we had to do was bring food and ourselves and everything else was there!! Will book again for my next trip to the beach! The host replied back fast and took care of any issues!

We had the best experience with communication from Theresa. She was so welcoming. The condo has the perfect view. Location was everything. We walked everywhere during our stay. even with two kids 8 and 10 yrs old. They managed very well. Can't wait to come back.

What a great stay!
Owner Theresa was an excellent communicator--she checked in, was eager to ensure that we were settled and happy.
Condo was great--well appointed/decorated, kitchen was equipped nicely (none of the heavily worn kitchen items that you generally find in rentals), master bed was pretty solid, hallway bunks were awesome.
Location was excellent--7-10 minute stroll from the main intersection and situated right in the middle of the main drag...yet nice and quiet even though we were there on a holiday weekend/week!
If we return to the area, we're likely to shop this unit again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The location is great and the views are fantastic. Well stocked rental. Check-in was easy. Communication with the owner was good. Very responsive when we couldn’t locate the TV remote. Unit was clean, but there was a fair amount of sand on the floor throughout when we arrived. Obviously, we’re at the beach and expect some sand, but it more than we expected and there really are no rugs.
Three of us stayed a week and while the unit sleeps 6, I think it would be pretty tight with more than four.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

As the title states, this condo is at a great location with fabulous views. You are within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, etc. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy, carts for luggage. No complaints. We will reserve it again.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The location and view of the ocean from the balcony can't be beat! We have 2 older teens that enjoyed sleeping in the bunks. The condo was clean, comfortable and had a fully stocked kitchen. The owner is kind and is easy to communicate with.
