About this condo rental
Third floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It can sleep 9 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large flat screen tv. It has a en suite bathroom with walk in shower and garden jazuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed plus a twin over full bunk bed. This room can sleep 5 people. The 2nd bathroom has a tub shower combo. The living room has pull out couch and a spectacular ocean view with private balcony. ****IT DOES HAVE A FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER**** The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in. Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach: Covered Valet parking 5 pools (2 indoor heated) A Kiddie pool with a fountain for toddlers 3 hot tubs Majestic Market; for Starbucks, ice cream, souvenirs, sandwiches, snacks, boogie boards and beach supplies, or any personal needs. H2O Bar and Grille for cocktails, daiquiris, margaritas and a full food menu Pool side bar and full service dining for lunch or dinner State of the art Fitness Center with tons of equipment Steam room and Sauna Spa for facials and massages, or have a masseuse come to your room Free WiFi Movie theatre / Conference rooms Rooftop tennis courts Kids club activities during the Summer months When you stay at the Majestic, you can truly STAY at the Majestic, there is no need to leave the resort. Or you can easily walk to some of the best beachfront restaurants and bars and the many specialty shops and restaurants at Edgewater Mall. ***For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) the number of parking passes will permitted per condo will be limited to 1 to 2 depending on the week***

We have stayed here several times, it’s probably our favorite place to stay. Easy to get in and out of. Close to restaurants or shops. Wasn’t very crowded the second week of august which made it nice

We spent the 1st 2 days cleaning as it was disgusting!!! The microwave works intermittently. The sinks were clogged. Toilet seat won't stay up in the guest bathroom and a male has to hold the lid up while urinating. The beds were full of sand and staind sheets. The dryer takes hours to dry a load of clothes. Multiple broken items including door to cover washer/dryer and door handle. The balcony was littered with trash, ashes, and firework debris. This is just part of it. I have been staying in PCB for 10 years and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a condo!

The condo was dirty, furniture was broken, mattresses were dirty and uncomfortable, not enough bed linens and they were worn, ants in the kitchen and bathroom, stopped up sink in bathroom, draperies were filthy, no ice maker or ice trays.... Just a few of the issues. I have cried for a week

The towels, sheets, countertops, and toilets were cleaned but the couch was greasy (sunscreen I'm sure), the baseboards were dirty, and doors were sticky, the floors were sandy (hard to combat that at the beach), there was mold in the bathroom, the blinds and windowsills were dirty and right by the bed. The master was spacious but the second bedroom was very cramped. The view was amazing and it was very nice to be on the third floor.

Place was super clean. Beachfront very nice place. Parking was a little confusing at the beginning but after you figure that out it’s easy.

There was a couple of things that needed fixed. There was a hole in the wall at the entrance door. The refrigerator froze the food in it. The freezer had water in it which put water in the fridge. We ate out all the time. We did not cook anything. We only had bottle water and snacks in fridge. We will probably stay there next time we come to Panama city beach. Loved the view from the pattio.

Big goop of something next to bed.
Broken chair.
Leaking air conditioner.
No top sheets on beds or extra blankets.

Dirty
The condo was dirty, the master bathroom shower smelled like something died in it. It doesn’t look like it has been mopped in over a year. There was a crusty white spot on one of the quilts in the spare bedroom. The microwave handle was broken as well as a few other things. It’s not a well kept unit at all. The majestic tower itself is a nice place to stay. We just won’t be renting this individual unit again. It felt filthy and we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the shower. There was also obvious black mold on the shower head and in the bathtub.

Perfect Location
Great location for PCB. View was beautiful from our 3rd floor balcony. Only complaint was that our 18year old wanted to work out but we were not left the required card needed to use the workout room. After calling to get one we were told it would be on its way but we never received it.

Upon arrival we saw black mold all in the master shower doorframe and on ceiling. The jets in the jacuzzi tub had mold in them as well leaving that unusable for the week. Microwave handle broken, decor was very outdated and paint was just slapped up on the wall where you can still the old paint. WiFi sucked, washing machine and dryer was old and took several cycles before one load dryer. For the amount of money you hey charge I would not recommend spending it at this condo.

This condo on the 3rd floor was great , didn’t have to use the elevators at all ! Excellent views of the beach and ocean ,Also very clean.we would stay there again!

The property was amazing and we loved it!
I proposed to my girlfriend of 6 years, and we are so happy that we chose this property. The only negative thing was the picture frames that had been left on the bed.

When we arrived we had no one to direct us to the parking garage. I found another guest who was quite helpful. We didn’t like the fact that we had to use the crosswalk over to the condo. If I had not had two younger ladies with me I would not have been able to transport everything to my condo as I am old and no longer able to walk very far much less push the luggage cart. It would have been helpful to know some of these things before we booked. However, we did enjoy our stay.

The location was good. I was very surprised the place was dirty especially with covid . I dropped an ear ring underneath the bed and it was extremely dirty. Only one plug in the kitchen worked. No frying pan only 3 pans. Mold in master bath. Patio had sand in it when we arrived. I rate this property 2-3 Stars .
