Located in Avondale, this charming house for $100 per night is a great option for your next trip. This beautiful two level home is located in Goodyear Palm Valley area approximately 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, just 5 minutes off of Interstate 10. The cleaning fee maybe refundable if left ready for next guests. Short stays(less than 5 days) may not be expected more than 45 days advance. The Goodyear STR license # STR0000245 is active. The home has 4 bedrooms; 2 separate master suites with king beds, 2 bedrooms with a queen and single bed. The home also has a large kitchen/great room with an island/bar, and a dinette that seats 6. There is a community pool (not heated in winter) and activity center which may not be available for short stays. About one week prior to arrival I will send additional information. Located in Palm Valley overlooking the golf course with mountain views. There are 2 golf courses in Palm Valley and many more less than 30 minutes away. This home is also within minutes of the South Mountains, Phoenix International Raceway and several Spring Training Facilities (Oakland A's, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, Kansas City Royals, LA Dodgers, Cleveland Indians and the Cincinnati Reds). It is also only 15 minutes from Glendale, home of the Phoenix Cardinals. You can also just relax at the house on the covered patio. Keywords: Two Level House

The home was gorgeous. However, there is a strong smoke smell through out the downstairs area especially the bedroom/bathroom. Our luggage smelt like smoke so we had to wash everything again when we got home. The floors were dirty, crumbs on the counters/tables toilets were not clean. The owner was great and communicated with us with no problems.

This house is beautiful, plenty of room. We stayed for Thanksgiving week. We had our adult children and some grandchildren over for my birthday and Thanksgiving. Everyone was comfortable. There is a lot of places to eat and stores close by. We went to the wildlife zoo which was only 15 minutes away. I really don’t have any negative things to say about this place. Thomas was great. If I get the opportunity I’ll definitely want to stay again. I did clean the house thoroughly before I left as I’m not one to leave a house messy when I leave. I always clean better than when I arrived. I guess the only thing for people like me who clean thoroughly is to have extra sheet sets in each room for each bed. Other than that all was great!!

Pretty dirty. Dog poop in a trash can, food in Kitchen sink, dirty bathrooms, dirty fridge and freezer. Not to mention a leaking toilet, a broken toilet, broken door handles broken shower head.

Tom doesn’t use a cleaning service. He counts on the renter to clean it before leaving and that hadn’t happened before we got there. House was so dirty we had to find somewhere else to stay. He was very quick to respond though and immediately got me a full refund

Great place to stay, good location, our first family trip and the kids loved it, nice house and easy communication with owner. A little maintenance needed but wasnt a big deal for us, was overall great place to stay. Would stay again if we went back to Arizona.

Besides the cops showing up at 12:30 am thinking our car was parked on the street the place was great. It is close to food and shopping and entertainment. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean and very convenient for us. Lovely space and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Tom, the owner was great and easy to work with. Only caveat, we stayed in July. The air gets turned off between stays. We turned it on when we got there, but took a bit to completely cool off and become comfortable. Recommend getting there as soon as possible, so you can to turn the air on.

This is a big beautiful house. Being located in AZ, it was important the AC worked well. It did. If you decide to stay in the summer, there is a separate AC control upstairs. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. There are restaurants and shopping near the home. We had an event in downtown Phoenix. The drive was about 25 mins. I would DEFINITELY stay at this location again if I need a VRBO in the area. Thank you again Thomas for letting us stay in your home. David

We stayed with our family of 5 at Tom’s property for 4 nights while visiting with family in Goodyear. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable with lots of space to spread out. The pool at the community center was a hit with our children. We had a minor issue the first night and Tom was very responsive. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting the west valley.

First - the house is beautiful with much space in a quiet, safe area. The house looks better in the photos than in reality. Some furniture definitely needs to be replaced. The cleanliness of the place was poor. House could use a deep cleaning job. The fridge was dirty and sticky with leftovers.I had to clean it before putting in our food. In the food cupboards were scattered noodles, rice, etc. The grill was not in working condition, my husband had to clean it for over an hour and clean it from food residues and other things. The furniture on the terrace was filthy and dirty, we had to clean it thoroughly before using it. The upstairs bathroom had no towels, we found them scattered on the floor in the walk in closet , dirty with stains and torn in parts, We didn´want to use them. This also applied to the laundry that we found in the dryer. Everything in the laundry basket was full of mold. Disgusting! We informed Tom about this and wanted to send him the photos as proof for his cleaning company, but he would not have any of that. He just said he didn't want any trouble with them and we should clean everything to get the cleaning fee back. We had already spent a lot of time cleaning the house and refused to clean any more. We had booked the house to vacation and not to clean! We won't be returning. A definite disappointment.

Nice house. Big enough for a family getaway. Although, the house wasn't as clean when we arrived. My family and I cleaned whatever mess was left by the previous renters. Other than that, a big house for the right budget of 4 nights.

House is in great location. House is as described. Rooms were perfect for my kids and family. I cleaned house before we left and received my deposit back from owner in a very timely manner. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again!!

We were weary about the ability to get a refund on our cleaning deposit. The lack of a cleaning fee would be amazing, but the execution of the idea failed for us. We arrived very late and hoped for the simple things: clean sheets and a clean bathroom. We found that the bathrooms were not clean and it was apparent that a cleaning crew hadn't been there for a long time. The sheets and towels were available in the closet, but our bed only had the top sheet and we couldn't find the matching color bottom sheet. The carpets and floors weren't clean and if you have pet allergies, you'll want to avoid this. We canceled our reservation and went to a hotel. Our biggest struggle was that if you can't trust that the bathrooms are clean, how can you trust that anything else in the house is clean? The property was spacious. The garage was a nice to have. The pool hours are very limited (10-6PM). They need a curtain in the upstairs bathroom window unless you are into that sort of thing. Tom was easy to work with, and we hope that he'll get a good crew to do some major cleaning done so we'll feel comfortable trying again another time.

I really enjoyed the property. The management was wonderful and helpful. Although it was lacking certain items needed for the stay. The group before us were unsanitary and not respectful. Tom was very nice and helpful. Would stay there again no doubt!

The home owner Tom was super detailed with rules of the house and had everything in place like wifi instructions, signage on light switches and the house had so many added extras. We had 6 guys staying with us and we all comfortably fit. The house was clean and we enjoyed the golf course across the road as well.

House was nice n clean. Check in easy with clear instructions. There were plenty of amenities for all our needs. Bed was comfortable enough. I have had shoulder and back surgeries so finding a mattress that I can sleep on is difficult. I was able to sleep so that is a huge plus. Furniture was comfy and cozy. Back yard is nice and able yo enjoy. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Felt safe. Will stay again as long as my Don is attending school in Phoenix.

The 4.5 rating for this house should be more like 2.5, at best! The house is very big with2 very large bed rooms, etc but it was not clean, the carpet is stained in many spots and should be replaced.we could also see it had not been vacuumed before our arrival. The kitchen has a lot of old pans but nonen of them of good quality. The bbq grill was cheap and dirty so we decided to cook the steaks on the stove. This house needs some love. Mediocre at best!

The house is worn as one may expect, but the level of maintenance by whoever watches over the house for the owner, isnt doing their job. EVERYTHING was dirty or stained and the condition of bedclothes, unknown. The refrigerator and cupboards were full of other peoples leavings. The owner was great and talked with my wife about many problems.. Still it was a great disappointment not to be able to stay there. The owner and Vrbo were absolutely GREAT and we got our money back the next day. We ended up in a motel which was not near as convenient and more expensive. My advice is not to book unless someone has been there to confirm that the property is back in order and properly cleaned.
