Antoinette, who I believe was working reception in the evenings, was absolutely fantastic! She was so personable that arriving at the hotel felt more like arriving at a friend’s house. She genuinely cared to listen to us babble about our adventures while somehow still taking care of everything else she needed to do. She really made our stay feel welcoming.
The room was incredibly spacious, and having a door separating the bedroom from the living area was perfect with kids. They felt like they had their own bonus room while we could still safely stay together. The full kitchen was also a great surprise—pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and everything we would have needed if we decided to cook.
The little game nook in the lobby was awesome for the kids, and the complimentary breakfast was decent with different options each day of our stay.
Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend it. The staff—especially Antoinette—really made the experience. 👌
There is definitely some room for improvement with the property itself. We noticed loose floor tiles, peeling baseboards/floor strips, stained carpet, and outdoor furniture that I personally wouldn't have wanted to sit on. None of that reflects on the staff, though. The property is clearly well-loved and overdue for some updates, and I wish Hilton would invest in the building to match the quality of the people working there.

Property is old and worn out. Furniture is broken Drapes are rotten from sun damage not one of the nicer ones we’ve stated at . Staff was friendly venerated buffet looked ok we didn’t eat however
The outdated. Damaged furniture snd carport mold on baseboards in bathroom
