About this house rental
Located in Moscow, this lovely house for $201 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to our classic home on a quiet residential street. This charming house has an open floor plan with cozy gas fireplace. The home is within easy walking distance to downtown, and enjoy easy access to both University of Idaho and Washington State University for their activities. Enjoy all that Moscow has to offer! The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom and a half as well as a large yard and beautiful deck. When you come into the home, there is a living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, master bedroom with attached half bath and office on the main floor. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms. There are 3 stairs coming down to the front door of the house from the road and 2 small steps into the home. Off the back door you will find a large deck with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying Moscow’s lovely seasons.

We had a great stay in Moscow while dropping off our kid for college. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The neighborhood was safe. Communication with the owner and the cleanliness of the house was great. Very spacious place with a lot of sleeping areas. The only issue was we came during a heat wave and it was difficult to stay cool. The fans were helpful. Will definitely come back. Thanks.

The house is very cute and roomy. It is a short walk from a grocery store and from the main part of Moscow. It's just a little farther to walk to the University. I also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.
While the rooms are nice, it's slightly inconvenient to have no bathroom at all on upstairs floor.
The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and utensils and the fridge was stocked with condiments and there was coffee and tea in the cupboards. We also appreciated the oranges. I especially enjoyed having some games including a Canadian version of Taboo with words in English and French.

Came to visit the college. The house was prefect. Internet sign in on our welcome letter did not work. Used up all our phone data.. Other than that a really comfortable home.

Friendly, communicative hosts, clean home.
The downstairs bed headboard it’s not attached to anything, and it creates quite a racket when moving. There’s also no full length mirror, which normally wasn’t an issue, but we were there for a wedding, and as the only woman in the group, it would have been nice to have. Other than that I have zero complaints. The fact that there were a little extra condiments in the kitchen was a nice welcome surprise.

Great location. Walk to almost anywhere in town. Private. Nice deck and garden. Hosts were as involved or as hands-off as you like. Plenty of room for a family of 4-6.

The home was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the open floor plan and loved the gas fireplace. It felt homey and was stocked very well. We made use of the barbecue grill and enjoyed being able to have dinners there. The location was very easy to find and so close to downtown and the university. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Moscow.

Great place to enjoy Parents Weekend!
With hotels being so expensive in Moscow it makes sense to look into a VRBO. This lovely home was perfect for our weekend stay to visit our son who is attending U of I. The spacious dining area and well equipped kitchen allowed us to host a brunch for friends and family. The home is warm and comfortable.
The best review we can give is to say that for our next trip to Moscow we will definitely check to see if this VRBO is available. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great for weekend visit
2 friends and I stayed here for a weekend reunion at UI in Moscow. It was a great location (within short walking distance of downtown) and we enjoyed having 3 separate bedrooms. The only issue we had was there was no WiFi, which the property manager acknowledged they were working on resolving. We would definitely stay there again.

Very cute little place to stay at! Close to downtown Moscow but very close to WSU, we were there to visit the university. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Thank you for having us there - we would definitely go back!

Lovely home
Stayed in Moscow for a baseball tournament at WSU. Was a perfect location. Bethany was very helpful with anything that was needed before, during and after our stay. I would totally recommend this property should you be traveling to the area for a visit.

Weekend stay for school orientation
Place was exactly how it was described. Check in with a key lock box was a breeze. We enjoy the deck and the use gas grill on our first evening there. Clean house with plenty of things provided for in a quiet neighborhood. Will def stay here again when visiting my two sons at WSU.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was comfortable, clean, warm and walkable to downtown, East City Park, etc. We would definitely there again when we are in town.
