Located in South Forest Beach, this charming house for $562 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Hilton Head Beach villas are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. *** BEAUTIFUL NEW SWIMMING POOL UNDER CONSTRUCTION - SLATED REOPENING MEMORIAL DAY 2024 (see rendering in photos) Look no further - this is the Hilton Head Beach Villa for you! New to the rental program in 2019 and sure to be your favorite! This completely renovated, ocean-view villa is light, bright, clean, and ready to be enjoyed by your family. This three-level villa will comfortably sleep 7 with one king bed, one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed. A queen sleeper sofa will accommodate overflow guests. The main living level provides a well-equipped kitchen with new cabinetry, granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and microwave), and ample table seating for six. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors on the main and ground levels flood the villa with light and showcase the amazing views of the ocean, pool, and spectacular grounds of the Beach Villas complex. Two master bedrooms are located on the upper level; one bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second, has a queen-size bed. Both master bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and a private bath with a shower. The king master bathroom also has a separate, jetted tub. The third bedroom features a twin-size bed and full-size bed and is located on the ground level off the family room. A full bath on the entry-level serves this bedroom. All three full baths have been totally remodeled with new plumbing, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, and flooring. A laundry room with a new, full-sized Maytag washer and dryer is located on the entry-level. The ground-level family room is a second gathering spot for TV-watching or game-playing. A sofa sleeper and comfortable furnishings make this a cozy spot to spend quality time with friends and family. Sliding glass doors lead to your own private patio with a table and chairs and a charcoal grill. The park-like grounds feature a pool with a large sun deck and numerous chaise lounges. Another wonderful feature of this property is private, carport parking for 2 vehicles directly outside your villa, and the community is gated with a private gate code. No struggling for parking and lugging your belongings and groceries in elevators! Just beyond the garden courtyard area is private access to the famous Hilton Head Island sandy beaches. The walk to the beach is less than a two-minute stroll from the villa with no roads to cross! We stayed in these villas but a different unit last year and had a great experience so we decided to come back. This year we tried unit 19 and unfortunately the ratings for cleanliness were wrong. The first day there we saw two huge cockroaches. I contacted them and they said they would send out pest control the next day and they never showed up. When I asked if they could let me know when they were coming since I have a baby who would be napping and we had some valuables there she said they couldn’t let me know when they were coming…. And her responses seemed irritated. We then killed at least one bug or centipede every day of our trip here for a week. We found crumbs in the sheets the first night and sand all over the comforters. There is black mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom. Cleanliness is huge for me so this place is a no for our next trip. May book the unit from the year prior since the location is what we like and we like the pool here.

This was the most wonderful place to stay! We've been renting at HHI for over 25 years and this is the best place we have ever stayed! FULLY STOCKED kitchen which is unheard of in HHI because everyone assumes you go out every night. Well we do not and we appreciated having everything we needed. The unit was very nice and updated, the location couldn't be better, and there was tons of room. The unit was spotless and had lots of starter products. The management company, Vacation Time, was spectacular! They go above and beyond! I simply cannot say enough about this company and their caring attitude. We will definitely be back to this property and will look no further than Vacation Time properties in the future. Loved the rental, Loved the management company!!!

Overall the stay was satisfactory. We had to reschedule our trip twice due to a hurricane and then covid, which was never an issue rescheduling. We tried to use the travel insurance and it was denied since a pandemic isn’t covered. This was an absolute nightmare trying dealing with the travel insurance company. The company did offer a voucher for this upcoming trip and I reached out to Stephanie a couple times to help answer any questions and use the voucher and she was not helpful at all and rarely replied to emails. I ended up just giving up because it was so much of a headache. Jimmy was helpful, however, with rearranging and rescheduling our stay. Overall the condo was nice and the location was great, but there was used tissues and hair all behind the beds. I would not use vacation times again simply because of the management.

Location is Amazing!
This condo has been very nicely updated and the location absolutely perfect. Another family that we are friends with also stayed in the same complex and it was the perfect set up for us hang out together but also have our own space.

The beach was a short 3 minute walk. We appreciated being able to hose off our items at the condo after a day at the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

This is our second year staying at Hilton Head Villa #19, and we look forward to 2021. This location is perfect for beach time, pool time, and a quick walk to Coligny for ice cream, shopping and dining! Fun for all our family. The condo is in great condition, very clean, and well kept. There are 2 beach chairs available and now a boogie board to be used by future guests. The entire complex is quiet, and well maintained.

Wonderful summer week at HH
We have been coming to HH since 1993 and have stayed at Hilton Head Villas in the summer and fall. Unit #19 is in the top 2 or 3 we have stayed in mainly because the furnishings and decorations. We will be back to rent this particular unit.

During the Covid pandemic, we were looking for a place that had its own enterance, pool and easy beach access. This place was it. The villa had three floors, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. perfect for a family of four. exceptionally clean, and had every modern amenity you would need. the best part was that it was a very small villa development so the pool was never packed. We could watch the kids play in the pool from our second floor deck. it had two balconies. One off the master bedroom small and facing the parking lot, and another facing the pool and common quad area. The one off the living room was long and plenty of space for seating and eating. The kitchen was modern and the furniture as well. It would be a short two minute walk to the beach using a private entrance through the property. The beach was big and really nice. You are near plenty of restaurants either by walking or bike. Most places deliver so getting food was easy. Bike rentals deliver directly to the villa as well. we wish we stayed longer.
