About this condo rental
Nestled in Kihei, this lovely condo for $184 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Aloha and welcome to our home away from home in Paradise! The Kihei Kai Nani complex has been a part of our family for over 40 years. You could say that the Kihei Kai Nani and their staff are like our Hawaiian family (ohana). Our ground floor unit (#148, in building 6) is in one of the most requested and desirable buildings in the whole complex. We've put a lot of care and time into choosing just the right amenities for our guests' comfort and enjoyment. Every year we come back to update and add even more amenities to make it a unit that our guests will want to return to again and again. We hope to have you as our guests real soon! Make sure you check out what our guests have said about their stay. The Kihei Kai Nani complex is conveniently located in South Kihei right across the street from Kamaole II Beach Park, 16 miles from Kahului Airport and minutes away from Wailea, known for it's magnificent golf courses and upscale dining and shopping. Our non-smoking unit is steps away from the large swimming pool, BBQ, and laundry facilities. We have completely furnished our unit with brand new furniture, living room and bedroom curtains, linens, beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, coolers, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, 32' and 40' flat screen TVs, and a tiled lanai (patio). We also offer a queen-size Murphy bed, air-conditioning in the main living area and also in the bedroom, screened security door, ceiling fans, large closets and a hotel style digital safe for your valuables and/or laptop for added security. The complex also offers free parking and nightly security. Ask about our two other condos that are available in close proximity. Perfect for when traveling with friends or family and want to stay close to each other, but have your own space. Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, no refunds will be permitted. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. Beautiful unit! Very well stocked - even keurig pods! Spacious and close to beach, restaurants and shopping. The beach does tend to get windy so go earlier in the day. Very nice pool close by. Would definitely recommend. We loved it!!!

This was my Wife’s and mine first trip to Maui, and we could not be more happy with this condo. It was perfect. Very clean, provided beach chairs and towels, and has air conditioning. The balcony is roomy. We will for sure be staying here in the future. Thank you!

We had a nice and short 2 night stay with our two young kids. Location is great - right across the street from a great beach and easy driving to other parts of Kihei. Place itself is clean and a very nice touch with some welcome gifts upon checking-in. Easy to connect with the property manager who was very responsive to our questions.

My husband and I stayed here with our two children for four days before heading up to Ka'anapali for the rest of our trip. We found the condo to be well stocked with everything that we needed. We appreciated that it even had stain remover for our clothes.
We loved the location right next to the pool. There's a beautiful view right off of the lanai. We also loved being so close to restaurants and shopping. We visited The Cinnamon Roll Place twice during our short trip.
We would definitely return to this property. Thank you!

Our stay at Tracy’a property was absolutely perfect!!! We had no issues, everything we needed for the basics was nicely stocked & very organized. The location was amazing being 3 minute walk to the beach & sunset. We had ground floor which was super convenient to walk right down to the pool & laundry. We would stay here 100% again & will recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful location, ground floor & clean property to stay at. The AC unit in the bedroom was a good bonus & the place never got super warm through the day even though it would get full sun for quite a few hours. Before our arrival, Tracy was easy to contact with any questions, although I didn’t have many since she was super helpful sending me all my information to email a week before check in.

We really liked the location. Right across from a beautiful beach and walking distance from restaurants and stores. Very clean and comfortable!. My only complaint is the lack of good lighting, and the ac unit in the main room. This last is so noisy you can’t sleep with it on at night. We were forced to turn it off and it got really hot.
Besides that I think is a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Maui at this beautiful location. It was clean and roomy for the (2) of us. Loved the location as the pool was just a few steps away. Short walk to the beach as we enjoyed the Maui sunsets. Property manager was very reachable and responded quickly. Highly recommend.

Exactly as listed. Close to the beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. Condo had everything you would need for cooking, enjoying the beach. The vrbo was very accurate from the description and the host is very thoughtful. Location is great, right across the street from the beach and pool right outside the back doors. The host even left us little cookies and a sweet note. Be mindful, there's only air conditioning in the livingroom so the bedroom does get warm, but other than that, I would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was top notch. It was in the middle of everything you need, plus more, without the feeling of being in a more populated location. We loved all the restaurants that were nearby: deli, shave and ice, cinnamon roll place, seafood, Mexican food, I cream, and souvenir shops. My family spent a lot of time at the beach and pool and it was so nice to have both so close by! We thought it was awesome for you to provide so much beach gear, chairs, towels, etc. The condo was very clean which we appreciated. The Murphy bed was super comfortable. We had a fabulous stay in this clean, spacious Condo! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need including two coolers for picnics or day trips. The beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear were awesome! The property is very well looked after and the pool was great and cleaned daily. Owner and host were so kind and very helpful. We felt welcomed and it was roomy and well laid out even with bringing a full family with teenagers. The Murphy bed was more comfortable than my bed at home, and I didn’t want to leave! One minute to a great beach and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Star fruits were in season and the kids picked them fresh for breakfast! There was always a breeze but the AC came in handy at night. There is a big fan to push the air through to the bedroom. The blackout curtains were great and we enjoyed sitting on the patio for breakfast. We want to thank Tracy for her clear communication and answering all our questions. We will certainly come back and recommend this condo to friends. It’s one of the few that has a murphy bed rather than a pull out couch. This was a big plus for us!

The Condo itself has all the amenities you need and they really go above the norm to make it easy for you. There were towels, linens, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool toys, all the cooking and and cleaning items, dishes, ice chests... you name it, they had it.
The people who manage the place for the owners was in constant contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. I certainly recommend this place.
My "only" complaint is how hot the bedroom is, but that's just a "is what it is"..

Great Location
Our trip to Maui was short and very busy so we did not spend a lot of time in the condo but it was very nice and the location was excellent. It had a lot of great shops and restaurants within walking distance and it was across from the beach. If I ever make it back to Maui I would definitely stay here again

The apartment complex is located right across a strip of the beaches in Kihei, among a lot of restaurants and other stores. It was also a great location to travel out to Lahaina, Ka'anapali, Paia, or do the road to Hana. I would stay here again! The unit was also extremely well-equipped. Tracy provided beach chairs, beach mats, coolers, bedding for both the murphy bed, and towels for the beach and use at home! There was a welcome gift in the fridge for us. The kitchen is also fully equipped for everything you could possibly need. We were only there for 4 days and 3 nights, but it would be a great place to stay for even longer. There are laundry facilities on site and a pool as well, which we did not make use of as we were out so much of the time.

Perfect stay except for sink
Really nice place to stay if in Kihei! It's pretty close to the beach with fairly good eats around as well. The property manager was very nice. The only cons were the kitchen sink not draining and the small parking lot spaces for the apartment complex.

Everything is clearly taken care of, and abundant, but by no means cluttered!

The living room has wonderful natural light and breezes (as well as an effective air conditioner), and blackout curtains allowed the large sliding doors and windows to be covered up for comfortable sleeping.
The bedroom can be warm at night, but the fans make it comfortable.
I appreciated how responsive and attentive both Tracy was in our booking, and Beau was during our stay.

Wonderful property in a great location!
We will absolutely rent this property again on our next visit to Maui. The property was a perfect size for my family. The Murphy bed in the living area made it easy for my daughter to go to bed early in the bedroom and my husband and I to enjoy some quiet time on the patio. The location right across from the pool and steps from the beach is wonderful. It is also walking distance to restaurants, shops and even a grocery store! The unit being stocked with everything from kitchen supplies, towels, and even beach toys and chairs allowed us to start our vacation right away! We can’t wait for our next visit to Kehei, Maui Hawaii!
