Situated in Kihei, this charming condo for $199 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The Kihei Kai Nani Resort is a popular, long established, South Maui vacation destination located in a fine area. Our Deluxe 1-bedroom condo has a beach and ocean view. The interior is 621 sq.ft. and the lanai is an additional 100 sq. ft. We are located near the very exclusive resorts in Wailea, yet, our prices are reasonable. Our condo is steps from Kamaole Beach II where you can swim and snorkel. In addition, the Kihei Kai Nani Resort has one of the largest swimming pools in South Maui. Our condo is recently remodeled with WIFI, air conditioning, and two new TVs. We are located on the second floor of Building 1 close to the beach. Our condo has a large lanai where you can watch all the beach activity including incredible sunsets. Maintained to our standards (we use it ourselves), our condo features a new California King bed in the master suite and has been recently remodeled with new appliances. Enhance your Maui vacation with an ocean view accomodation in a great neighborhood at a great price. Sleeps up to four at the same price with no reservation fee. The Kihei Kai Nani is a resort complex set on six acres of tropical gardens in sunny South Kihei near Wailea. It is located on the South side of Maui about 9-miles/20 minutes from the airport. Kihei Kai Nani is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach II, one of Maui's finest swimming beaches with lifeguards. The snorkeling is also great off the point between Kamaole Beaches II and III. The Kai Nani is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Walk to everything. Major shopping destinations (COSTCO, Safeway, Foodland, Longs) are a short drive away. This is a great neighborhood. The complex has a 60-ft. swimming pool, a large laundry facility, and free off-street parking. Gas BBQs and picnic tables are located throughout the complex. There is a large raised wood pavilion and deck area where you can host your own gathering. The unit is stocked with beach chairs and children’s beach toys. Come to Maui and swim, fish, surf, sail, shop, golf, bike 38-miles down Haleakala Volcano, snorkel. Visit the historic whaling town of Lahaina and take the scenic road to undeveloped Hana. This property was a perfect place for us to stay. We loved that it was right across the street from the beach and we could sit on the lanai and watch the whales!
The king size bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the popular “wall” across the street. A lot of food places are walkable. Susan answered all my text with questions I had. Would definitely stay here again

This property was so fun and totally relaxing. The condo was nicely decorated. It just made you think of the islands everywhere you looked. It was right across the street from a beautiful beach which we could totally see from our deck. It was fun to watch people walking around and enjoying the sun and being out and about. We so enjoyed sitting on deck watching it all. The condo was well stocked with everything! The bed was very comfortable. The pool and surrounding area were really nice...total relaxation. We would definitely return to this condo...a little bit paradise for sure.

The view from the lanai is amazing, and at a great value. My teen daughter and I stayed 5 nights. It is in the heart of South Kihei with shops and restaurants nearby. Family friendly Kam II beach is directly across the street! Don't miss watching the sunset at da wall ♡ we enjoyed every minute of this trip ♡

We had a great time staying at this place. It was our very first time visiting Maui, and Susan as a great host, have given me lots of info and tips prior our visit, including where to rent a car and how to get around places etc.
We were very lucky as her place is such a great location. We are two minutes walking distance to Kamole 2 beach, just have to cross the street. We could see the ocean from our balcony.
The place is well stocked with cookware, towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, Sun umbrella, sand toys, and some starter shampoo and conditioner. Our daughter also enjoyed the pool a lot as she felt safe and happy playing in it. The resort also has laundry facility, which you could watch your own laundry, and the machines take coins, and there’s a coin machine for your exchange.
The apartment had three or four standing fans, two ceiling fans, and an AC unit in the living room. The king size bed was comfortable, and the three of us slept comfortably. We are very happy with our stay, and if we ever go back to Maui, we would love to stay here again!

I'll echo what others have said about the overall appeal of this condo, every place tries to make it feel 'hawaiian', but this owner has it dialed in- but the kicker is the lanai, you can sit there all day

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was perfect for our needs. It is walkable to all 3 kamaole beaches, & the small shops & restaurants in kihei. It is well stocked— seemed to have everything we were looking for. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the Lanai and my teenage sons always enjoyed sitting outside in the late evening. The pictures accurately show the view to Kam II. The ac is in the main family room area but the fans help to circulate air to the master bedroom as well. We knew in advance that the unit doesn't have a washer & dryer in it (but there is a shared one within the complex). I thought this might be an inconvenience but it wasn't at all . We just packed a few extra items to avoid needing the laundry facilities , and this unit has a drying rack on the lanai which helped immensely to dry our bathing suits, etc .
Our kids used the sofa bed at night, but I tried it out one afternoon and it seemed to be comfortable (memory foam , maybe ?).
We arrived the day of the Maui wildfires. Despite the heartbreaking extenuating circumstances, we were thankful for the location of this condo and our overall safety during such devistation. No doubt that those who experienced loss were on our minds and in our hearts during every day of our stay. We found plenty of snorkel places and a nice hike at La perouse bay. The road to Hana was also great. Hoping and praying for those who were involved in the wildfires .I give this condo a 5 star rating!

Great location! Loved our sunset walks on the beach and the fish tacos next door at Coconut's Fish House. Condo was immaculate and much larger than we envisioned. Wife loved the decor and was blown away by the overall experience. She said to give this property 100 out of 10! Thanks Susan!

The location of this condo is unbeatable. It’s directly across from Kam 2, which is a beautiful beach. Everything is accessible from this location. Aside from location, the condo was clean & included many amenities. The communication with the owner was great. I was given thorough instructions & information prior to our arrival. I requested to check in earlier & was permitted to, however the wait for a car rental at OGG was terrible & we ended up checking in at the regular time. If we are fortunate to return to Maui, I would definitely stay here again.

If you want a low-key relaxed getaway, this is the place for you. There are lots of expensive fancy resorts on Maui — my family prefers this simple, unassuming place. It’s minutes from the grocery store and lots of great restaurants and my kids adore the enormous pool and ready access to the beach. Everything is really easy with this property and they have all the beach gear and a lifetime supply of towels, including beach and pool towels. Couldn’t recommend more strongly. Also, Beach Street one block away has the best shaved ice of my life, from a person who hates shaved ice.

Stayed for 10 days at this condo across from Kamole Beach. Older unit, but very clean. View of ocean from deck. Ocean and nice beach just across the street. Also has a couple beach chairs, mats, and coolers for beach use.

I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because I felt the condo could have been stocked a little better. ( No bathroom shampoo/conditioner, coffee grinder, older pans and knives.)

Our condo at Kihei Kai Nani was spacious and welll appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean! While the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the beach like we had hoped it was still a great location. I like the small town feel of Kihei
