This CORNER unit is on the FIRST FLOOR WITH NO NEIGHBORS and is located on a quite street, a short walk from the beach. The unit is a two bedrooms, Two bathroom THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED in 2016 EVERYTHING NEW. in relaxing beach motif. The apartment also has a large comfortable living room with flat screen TV, DVD, 2 comfortable rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large outdoor private terrace where you can, relax and enjoy the peace and quite. The condominium has just gone through a major renovation of private pool & common areas in 2018/2019.
Really close by is the beach, where you will have the sand at your feet and the soft sound of the ocean helping you relax. Lunch can be enjoyed at the near by beach club, Ritz Carlton or in the village at the famous Sir Pizza.
Key Biscayne has so much to offer the whole family including golf at the Links one of the best courses in Miami, tennis at the Crandon Park Tennis Center (where the Sony Ericsson is played), the Miami Sea Aquarium home of the killer whale, charter boat fishing, wind surfing, site seeing, hiking, bike rentals, and miles of bike paths to take you throughout the island.
At the end of the island you have the beautiful light house, which overlooks the famous beach where the sea turtles come to shore to deliver their eggs. Amazing.

Parking was close to unit. Beach access was so convenient property was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

The property was ideally situated a block from the beach. The host communicated with us about check in procedures and messaged a few times to make sure all was well during stay. When we couldn’t connect to the WiFi he reached out within minutes to resolve issue. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and they even have chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

We enjoyed our stay! One note for future guests: the bedroom with the bunk beds has a louvered door, so it’s not entirely separated from the main living area in terms of light or sound.

We had an wonderful week in this lovely and comfortable apartment. The hosts have thought of every small thing you might need, including having the kitchen stocked with all the dishes, pans and utensils to make real meals. We felt like we were visiting a friend’s home instead of a rental. We would definitely stay here again!
