Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This Phoenix VI condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. The condo has one full bath off the master. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinets. The furniture is new and the wall paintings are extraordinary! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
Our condo is located on the 9th floor, and directly next to a 3br we can also offer for large groups. Send me an email and ask about the many discounts. In general this unit will be priced less than the on site management company.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock on the condo's front door. No more dealing with keeping up with keys!!!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

We absolutely loved this condo. It looked exactly like the pictures! It was clean, the view was amazing, and the room was close to the elevators. The atmosphere of the condo building was very family friendly and calming. We loved everything about our stay, but we wish more basic necessities were supplied (ex. Toilet paper, paper towels, basic seasonings, aluminum foil). Overall, not a make or break- we truly had a fantastic stay! We will be saving this condo for future bookings!!

Such a beautiful space to be in for a few days!! The pictures did not deceive at all! It was exactly what I booked, and I couldn't have been any happier.

Overall it was a good experience. I appreciated that the property sent me checkin information ahead of time with clear directions. Check in and check out times were disappointing without any options to extend a stay based on flight times. The property was clean, but very basic. No beach equipment, which was noted in the description, but there is plenty of room to offer this for guests. I'd also suggest some games or other activites in the unit. Our previous host had a lot of this along with nicer towels for the bathroom. Next time, I'll look for a property that is privately owned rather than owned by the facility.
