Located in Goodyear, this attractive house for $220 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beautiful desert view. Private Backyard. Newer Pool and brand new gas fire pit and gas grill. Travertine sitting area next to pool. Five Bedrooms, sleeps 10. Master has double sinks, soaking tub & large walk-in closet. Two bedrooms have queen beds. Two bedrooms have bunk beds. Downstairs bedroom has daybed with trundle. Three full bathrooms, two upstairs, one down. Hair dryers. Flat screen TV's. Direct TV and streaming in living room and 3 bedrooms. Streaming capability only in downstairs bedroom. Foosball table, bikes. Wifi. Coffee maker/toaster and kitchen essentials. Pots, pans, silverware and utensils. The freezer has a ice maker. Family friendly with a fenced pool. Pool toys. BBQ. Washer and Dryer. No neighbors in back or side. View for miles! Heated pool for additional fee. The Hot Tub is NOT guaranteed to be working (we don't list house with hot tub). If you are planning on staying because of the Hot Tub, there is a lot of maintenance that goes into it and it's not always up and running. Sometimes it is, sometimes it is not. Home located on the end of a quiet cul de sac. Estrella Mountain Ranch has 2 man-made lakes and a Residents' Club with a lap pool and fitness center. The community has tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. It also has a playground and biking and hiking trails. - Goodyear Ball Park - The Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds Spring training camp is 9 miles - Playgrounds in the neighborhood - Estrella Mountain Ranch Gold Club mins away - University of Phoenix Stadium (The Cardinals) - 25 mins away - The Coyotes (NHL) is 25 mins away - Sky Harbor Airport - 35 min drive - Nascar at the Phoenix International Speedway is 5 mins away - Grocery shopping close by - Wildlife World Zoo and Aquarium--16 miles

This was our 3 stay at Estrella Mountain Ranch, and it never disappoints. The house is very well maintained and has everything we need. The neighborhood is so quiet, you never hear road noise or dogs barking. It is the perfect place to unplug and relax. We will be back again!

We planned many outdoor activities right in the neighborhood, from biking and hiking the area trails to just enjoying a few hours playing in the family friendly backyard pool. All amenities such as grocery stores and coffee shops are nearby. Our VRBO hosts Cirdan and Heidi are attentive professional and easy to work with. We hope to return.

We spent the month at this Goodyear location, exploring the surrounding Phoenix area. The property is a great size for families with all the amenities. Additionally it is in a great location, near enough to everything you need. As a couple, we chose this property for the privacy. It did not disappoint. Roughly a 270 degree view without neighbors. Great for watching the stars and enjoying the quiet. The home was very comfortable and the pool was a treat. We had a wonderful time and did not want to leave. We would definitely return.

We enjoy this house as it is our second time staying and hopefully not our last. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The patio and pool of this house is very private and the house is very spacious and accommodating. Multiple bathrooms are very nice, the master suite is almost perfect if it had a king sized bed but other than that we love it. The owners are very nice and pleasant to deal with. 😃

Beautiful home in a wonderful location. We enjoy every trip to Estrella. This home was well equipped, very clean, and suited our family well. The pool was perfect and the backyard view was amazing. The homeowners responded quickly to questions and are very kind. We will consider this property for future trips.

This was our 2nd time staying at this house and definitely will be back. This is the perfect house if you have children, there is plenty to keep them entertained (toys, games, bikes, scooters$... If they’re not swimming in the amazing pool. Can’t wait for our next trip, hopefully soon!!

We were so impressed with our stay at this property! The views from the pool are amazing and the house has everything you could need. We have a 14, 9 & 10 month old and everyone always had something to do and we had a lot of fun. We definitely plan on returning to this gorgeous place!

This house was the perfect getaway for our family! The pool was wonderful and provided relief from the heat. The property was so clean and had everything you could need. This house even though it’s in a development you would never know in the back yard. It is amazingly quiet and private when enjoying the pool, hot tub and the nice outside kitchen. The house is nicely updated and the master sweet is very comfortable. My only complaint would be it’s a queen bed vs a king but the bed is very comfortable. Multiple bathrooms makes it easy for two teen kids to use their own. Honestly we have zero complaints and I would personally buy this house myself. We will definitely be back to stay here while visiting our friends in this community.

The house was wonderful and was exactly as pictured. The pool was wonderful, we did not use the jacuzzi. The house is set at the back of the neighborhood and sitting in the backyard, it's very private and quiet. My family enjoyed it very much and we would happily return again. Thanks again!!

This was our last vacation before the kids go back to school and it was PERFECT!!! House was equipped with everything we needed and more. If the kids weren’t in the pool there was plenty of toys to keep them entertained. Definitely would stay here again!

Magnificent 270 degree view of pristine desert, mesquite, and saguaro. Our children are 13 and 15, and loved the pool. Younger children would also love the place. The well-provisioned kitchen allowed us to cook every meal. You'll need to plan, because restaurants are not nearby. The managers were delightful!
