About this cottage rental
Great family retreat in a safe and quiet neighborhood with community pool (2-minute walk), and located just 1 mile from the beach where parking is available. This beautiful 4BR/3BA home sleeps 11 (maximum of 8 adults and 3 children, with one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, a bunk bed with trundle (children only), and a queen sleeper sofa. The Master Bath features a whirlpool tub. All bedrooms and the living/family room are equipped with ceiling fans and large flat screen HD TVs with DVR capability. This family retreat also includes wireless Internet service, full-size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryers in each bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, gas grill, bicycles (3 adult (including tandem) and 5 child), 2 sets of golf clubs (1 male, one female) and a hose and an inside (garage) shower for washing off after a day at the beach.

The stay was great. We had some issues and reached out to the owner. We were met with prompt polite responses. There were so many more towels provided than expected.

Just a few minute drive to everything, beach, grocery, restaurants and fun.The pool is only a 1 minute walk from the house. Beautiful home with everything you need. Loved the closed in porch off of the dining room. My adult children (15-27) enjoyed riding the bikes. I reached out to Don to see if they had a crockpot. They didn’t but he had one delivered before our arrival. It's the little things!! Would visit again.

We absolutely loved this property! Clean, huge, and centrally located. The owners were very organized, communicative and kind. We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for upwards of 10 years and this is our favorite rental yet.

This was our first time staying here. Always a little nervous when renting a place for the first time. However, this house as well as the communication with the owner exceeded expectations. We were very happy with the home and will look to rent it again next summer. The home is in great condition and is very clean. I am very glad we chose this rental.

Very clean, well stocked, and great communication with the owner. Short distance to the beach and in a very quiet, gated community. Our kids LOVED the bikes and the pool. Worked great for our family of 9 during our week-long stay. Will definitely recommend and be back next time we’re in NMB!

Best location, best stay in Myrtle Beach!
Our family had the best time here and the space was absolutely perfect for our family size of eight! The neighbors were all nice there as well. Wonderful area so many things to do and very close to the beach. The pictures doesn’t do it justice! It was a great stay and we hope to make this our yearly spot for now on! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Family Vacation
We had all 3 of our children and our grandkids with us and the house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room in the dining area and the Kitchen was well stocked and made cooking and food prep easy.. Great location close to all shopping, beaches and attractions. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again in the future.

The owner was very responsive the first day we arrived when the refrigerator was not working properly. He offered to by a mini-fridge to keep our food cold and scheduled a repairman to service the appliance. The house was located in a quiet gated community and my children enjoyed the various bikes to cruise around the neighborhood. We also appreciated the linens and towels provided by the owner to minimize our packing and setting up once we arrived. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing week!

A Beautiful Home Away from Home
This home is beautifully laid out, clean and fully stocked! I have stayed in other people's houses, but never one this clean (& I am OCDish about cleanliness)! The Libera's are, extremely, responsive and helpful! I would recommend this house and stay, here, again, anytime! Thank you, Don and Deb!

Excellent Stay in NMB
Our group (4 adults and 7 children) had an excellent stay in NMB at this property. Don was a pleasure to work with and communication lines with him were open throughout our stay. He was readily available by phone or text. Any issue that we encountered, he was quick to respond and offer assistance to resolve. The house itself was very clean and well stocked with all you would need to have an enjoyable stay. This property is also nearby to many shops, grocery stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend you staying at this property. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

Great place for family vacation
Just returned from the beach and loved the house!
Beautiful home with many great amenities. My kids LOVED the bikes for our evening bike ride. Community was peaceful and gorgeous. Floors (hardwood and bathroom ) could have been cleaned a little more but that's just my OCD :)
Definitely would stay again and we are looking at next summer already!!!

2015 Summer Family Vacation
We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We spent most of our time on the screened porch or at the community pool only a few houses down from us. Really enjoyed the gated community and local area...very quiet & relaxing, but restaurants and main attractions close by. We would stay again!

Lovely cottage
We just got back from spending a week at this property. It was very clean, nicely appointed, and felt brand new.We liked having the living areas on the second floor and two of the four bedrooms downstairs. (It was great to be able to separate the teenagers from the adults). We really appreciated the luxury towels and linens, instead of the standard-issue white ones that are typically provided with a rental. There are numerous bicycles available with this rental, including a tandem. It was also really nice to have a garage that my car could be pulled into for loading and unloading, and to keep it out of the heat. It is a short car ride to the beach, restaurants, and the local Publix. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent this property again.

HEAVEN IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH
Unbelievable!!! The cottage was spotless with every amenity you could want. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. Really cannot express just how great our stay was. You are a few blocks from the beach close to everything BUT with the peace and quiet to unwind. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you.

Family Vacation July 2014
This was the nicest property my family and l had ever stayed at. Very clean and cozy! There were 8 of us and it was still very spacious. Everything worked including the WiFi and that was nice! The screened in deck was awesome! The pool was very close to us and it was very clean. We enjoyed the bicycles the owners had in the garage. The beach was very close as well as the restraunts. I highly recommend this property to all families !!!
