Nestled in Hermitage, this charming cabin for $1,175 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to Rural Hill Farm Lodging & Event Center! We offer quaint, comfortable lodging in a beautiful and serene environment! We have 5 beautiful cabins on the property. Cabins 1-3 each sleep up to 4 guests, the Chalet sleeps up to 4 and the Main house sleeps 8-12 for a total of up to 28 guests! Not pictured is a bunkhouse (rented separately from cabins) in one of our large event pavilions that sleeps up to 6 for a total of 34 guests. In addition, we also have 17 full-hookup RV Sites (NEW Feb. 2023) located behind the cabins. Our large, secluded property is perfect for hosting weddings, family reunions, corporate events, church retreats or just a quiet getaway to catch your breath. Located in Mt. Juliet, TN yet close and convenient to Nashville and surrounding areas. The property consists of over 180 acres of beautiful scenery and landscape including a 2+ acre pond, fire-pits, park type grills, and picnic tables available for use. All lodging is equipped with many amenities: flat screen TV with DirecTV channels, refrigerator, microwave, two burner hot plate, toaster oven, coffee pot, iron/board, hairdryer, linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans. Wi-Fi is also available. Each unit has a deck with patio set overseeing the pond area, perfect for relaxing and nature watching. The 3 cozy cabins have a queen murphy bed downstairs and 2 twin beds in the loft (accessible by ladder stairs). One full bathroom with tub/shower combo stocked with linens. Kitchenette with small appliances and dishes. Small deck on the back with a patio bistro set overlooking the pond and beautiful landscape. The Chalet is a stunning redwood a-frame cabin with a picturesque front porch. It has a queen bed in the loft (accessible by spiral staircase) and a queen murphy bed in the living room area. One full bathroom with stand up shower and stocked with linens. Kitchenette with small appliances and dishes. Large deck on the back with a patio table set overlooking the pond and beautiful landscape. The Bunkhouse consists of three plush futons. Recliners and Large Flat Screen TVs. One full bathroom with stand up shower stocked with linens. Kitchenette with small appliances and dishes. Small deck on the back with a patio bistro set overlooking the pond and beautiful landscape. The Main House is a gorgeous cabin that has multiple sleeping areas, complete full size kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, electric fireplace in large living room with high ceilings and large wrap around deck. The sleeping areas consist of a private bedroom downstairs with full bed, queen murphy bed downstairs in living room area, private master suite with king bed and twin upstairs. Two air mattresses are also available for use. One full bathroom with shower stall downstairs and one full bathroom upstairs in master suite with granite glassed in shower and a clawfoot tub. Both bathrooms are stocked with linens. The large picture windows and sliding glass doors in the living room area provide an abundance of natural light and open to the view of the pond and beautiful landscape. Rent one or all of our properties! Check in is after 3:00 pm and check out is by 11:00 am. You will receive an email or VRBO message with your confirmation, directions, lodging assignment and personal key code to the lock box outside your door. Use this code to retrieve your door key. At check out, place the key back in the lock box. There is a $50 lost key fee. All properties are available for weekly/monthly rental. Contact the property manager for rates, availability or to inquire about hosting an event at the farm. Event Disclaimer: We welcome weddings/events here at Rural Hill Farm (event pavilions are rented separately from the cabins - inquire within about hosting an event during your stay)! Please be advised that the cabins are located about 150 yards from our Event Center. All music/noise must be turned down by 10 PM according to a county noise ordinance and all events must end by 11 PM. We notify both cabin guests and event guests if there is an overlap during the stay dates. Construction Disclaimer: We are a working farm, which means from time to time we have farm/construction projects going on so you may hear heavy machinery being operated and/or see our team working. My family enjoyed the weekend...the sleeping arrangements worked. Families with small children/infants were able to stay in the sleeper cabins while the older family members stayed in the main house. Wonderful visit

An oasis! Short drive to Mt Juliet. (10-15 minutes) 30-ish minutes to Nashville. This place is great! The individual cabins for individual families was great! The big house for cooking and playing games! The views!! Everything about it was spectacular! The property manager was very receptive and quick to respond. I can’t say enough great things! It was an oasis so close to the city. Perfect family reunion spot! Thank you!!

We had a 4-day family get-together of roughly 25 people at Rural Farm in April 2023. Everyone of all ages had an enjoyable time at the property. We occupied the Main House, the four cabins and bunkhouse, which we found to be furnished well and comfortable for the stay. We enjoyed a group dinner at the long table in the bunkhouse that fit all of us nicely. The communication and coordination with Emily and her assistant was great. She was an excellent host and made it easy to tailor our stay. The Farm property is very pretty and has nearby access to restaurants, grocery and other stores. Nashville was a drivable distance for other activities and entertainment. The site indicates that the four cabins sleep four people but beds for two people are in small lofts that are accessible by young agile people and older children, not very accessible for middle-aged people. I highly recommend the Rural Hill Farm for a pleasant rural get away.

We hosted a group of 30 friends and family here (across the main house, the chalet, the 3 cabins, and the bunkhouse) and had a lovely time! The accommodations were exactly as described, Emily was helpful and responsive, and the property was perfect for our needs.

Excellent place for relaxation

We had a wonderful time here. The property manager, Emily, was responsive and accessible. We had some trepidation when we learned of a wedding taking place during our stay at the cabins, but Emily explained how everything worked and it went exactly as stated with no intrusions. The music did not interfer with the younger kids at bedtime. Nashville and Mt. Juliet were very convenient when desired, but we were able to keep to ourselves on the grounds of the cabins and it felt secluded. We enjoyed taking the kids to swim and fish at the Bryant Grove Recreation Area at Longhunter State Park just a few minutes from the property. We had 8 adults and 9 kids and were very comfortably accommodated with room to spare. The decks on each cabin were lovely and nicely shaded to keep us comfortable even on some warm summer days. The wifi was a bit spotty at times, but not unworkable (also not why we chose secluded cabins). Cell service was good for everyone, even from multiple carriers. We loved our time here and it was an idyllic setting for our large family vacation.

Perfection!

We got about 20 people together for a college reunion and this was the perfect spot. Comfortable accommodations, rooms to hang out, and privacy to have a total blast! My only request is a larger charcoal grill on the main house, but we hope to be back!
