The room is big, the kitchen is clean and well equipped, big comfortable bed and TV, the a/c is very good. Good laundry area.
The toilet floor is black mosaic and not clean, the wall next to the toilet seat had splashes of shit and the cleaners didn’t also clean, all toilet corners are full of dust and some hair. The first room they gave curtains were like a mini skirt that covers nothing from the sun light and I had to use the towels to cover the sides and the middle opening. Then I changed the room and got a bit cleaner toilet but the curtain was like office transparent kind of blackout. They should change all the curtains to solid blackouts. There is also a strange smell of detergents or the carpets on the corridors.

Outstanding space. Great bed, bedding. Clean, quiet. Plenty of towels.
Shower curtain too short--flooding in bathroom. Great bathtub, but no plug. However, the staff got me a plug, so BONUS.

Great location. Quiet yet walking distance to key areas. Rare to find a hotel apartment this size. Super king size bed and large living room. Full kitchen. Everything in spotless condition. I had to work during some days and my family took advantage of the rooftop that was a really nice bonus. I will stay here again.

Kitchen and having the option to cook there
One of the days we didnt have water from 8 to 17:00 and there was a mandatory inspection. I understand this was not something that property could avoid but something that could have been compensated. Price is crazy expensive so the property should compensate customers on this situation, not assume that it is “not his fault” I would not choose this place again
