Fabulous staff offering a fantastic welcome and service. Evening meal and breakfast were both spot on. It’s an old building with a few creaky floor boards but offers very comfortable accommodation.
Bathroom was clean but needed a little more something to make it a little more luxurious - just a little.

Character of building, cosy bar, nice decor, comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water in bathroom. Bedside carafe of water. Good choice of teas ( camomile and mint especially). Openable windows in both bedroom and bathroom so good ventilation.
Nice room with comfortable bed. Bathroom good but electric towel rail not working. Food quality disappointing, would prefer a more limited menu using basic fresh ingredients.
