This particular townhome is located only one unit from the community gated pool and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The primary suite hosts a king bed, walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower and large Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bathroom adjacently located. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds, flat-screen television, and large closet. The bedroom with the two full beds is located downstairs with the other two bedrooms upstairs. The fully stocked kitchen leads into the dining area for six. The sprawling living room boasts relaxing furnishings and a large flat screen television. From the living room, step onto your private deck and enjoy the beautiful, green yard. Just a few steps from the townhome is the community pool with the ocean across the street. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license.
