About this house rental
Nestled in Surprise, this attractive house for $190 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Large 4 bedroom, 3 bath home available for rent in the quiet, family-friendly, Cottages at Sierra Verde community. Each bedroom is furnished with King or Queen sized bed, with wall-mounted television in two of the bedrooms. The main floor includes one bedroom, one full bath, and a dining room with a large solid wood table adjacent to a beautiful kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room includes a sofa, loveseat, and large flat screen TV with a blu-ray DVD player, and a conveniently located HDMI hookup for using your own device. Cable television and wifi are included. The second floor has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom with adjacent master bath, and an additional full bath located between the other 2 bedrooms. Dishes, utensils, linens, and towels are provided for use. There is also a selection of pantry items for preparing home cooked meals. Upstairs is a separate laundry room with an iron, ironing board and laundry supplies. Located off the living room is an attached private outdoor patio with casual seating for 5, as well as an outdoor gas grill. Renters have access to a community pool & hot tub with conveniently located outdoor showers. A community playground is also located near the house. Children are welcome, and there is no minimum age limit for renters. Nearby activities include golfing, hiking, and tennis. The house is located VERY close to the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers Spring Training facilities. Not much farther away are the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres spring training facilities. Bucket list came true with a girl trip to Surprise AZ, to watch the Texas Rangers at Spring Training. Larry’s place was perfect. We loved the house, location and all of the surrounding area. House is super close to the Texas Ranger’s & Kansas City Royals field. House is stock with things that come in handy, like pool toys and ice chest. Kitchen is also stock with helpful item. We took a couple of day trips when not watching baseball and looked forward to getting back to Larry’s place to relax.

We were 3 adult siblings visiting elderly parents. Location was ideal however needed the GPS to find the place in a large complex with lots of turns. VERY close to grocery store. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue is maybe finding street parking if you get home late but it wasn’t too bad. Larry was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Our only complaint about our stay was the parking. We had an expedition that couldn't fit in the garage and sometimes finding street parking was a struggle. We didn't love having our car where we couldn't keep an eye on it. The house was perfect for our family and well stocked. Kids loved the pool toys and the pool. Beds were nice and comfy.

A very short stay...
but we enjoyed our time at this property. Finding the correct house was a bit tricky but we had been driving over 14 hours so I'm guessing that didn't help the process! The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the patio area was very cute.

The property was wonderful! It was in a great location in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Only noisy when planes from Luke AFB fly near, but that is only occasionally and love seeing our Air Force fighters flying! Playgrounds and pool were perfect for 5 year old son. Property owner was very responsive when contacted before and during stay. Would definately stay again at this residence in the future.

Loved this house. We will never stay in a motel again. This gave us all the room we needed to visit our grandchildren and have them stay with us as well. Convenience of a full kitchen, dining, bedrooms and multiple bathrooms was great.

The property was very nicely furnished with a lot of extras that you don’t usually get with short term rental properties. Its’ location is close to great restaurants, shopping, baseball and gambling facilities.

We loved everything about our rental. The home was in great shape, the A/C was super cold, there were lots of nice "extras" around the house (such as food in the fridge), the neighborhood was quiet and safe, the beds were comfy... I could go on and on, but you get the point. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Magnificent Stay
I was expecting a single family home when I booked my stay. It's more like a condo because it is attached to 2 other units. Nonetheless we had an excellent stay! There was more than enough space for me and my family. Easy check-in! Owners had everything we needed! They even had laundry detergent and fabric softener to use. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
My only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom wasn't very comfortable.

Wonderful Time
Larry we had such a wonderful time at your home. The pool toys, extra patio lounge chairs and the carry forward condiments, and coffee pop tarts, and popcorn were delightful. The Surprise Police Department was so helpful in helping me find your home when I got lost with my dead phone. They suggested perhaps " A Silver Alert" might be useful....especially if I had been in robe and bedroom slippers. I think they get a lot of old person contacts.
The rabbit warren of changing street names made for that adventure. Kids had the whole pool area to themselves every time we went. I suggest street parking just around the corner as always available and easier then garage parking for a van. We had such a great time, did hiking and subsets at White Tank, and visited Sun City relatives!
