Nestled in North Padre Island, this lovely house for $226 per night is a great option for your next trip. This waterfront town home is located on a large canal with two boat slips available. Enjoy beautiful water views and fish the underwater lights off the back deck at night. Condo is positioned to where you get the afternoon shade and there is always a constant and cool breeze. There is a boat launch right down the street from the condo. Condo is located two blocks from the beach, and near Schlitterbahn Waterpark. The Intracoastal Waterway a short 5 minute boat ride through the canal system. There is a fish cleaning station located next to boat slips. This 2 story condo features a kitchen, dining room open to living room, laundry room and half bath located downstairs. Kitchen has 2 full sets of dishes, cooking and eating utensils and serve/bakeware as well as coffee pot and dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs. The master bedroom with has a private bathroom and king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed, and daybed with trundle and access to hallway bathroom. Both bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's with access to cable and wireless internet. Living room has view to outside where there is a large deck with lounge chairs, table and chairs, fishing pier with underwater green light and boat slip. Everything we expected and more! Location is perfect and the view is stunning! Enjoyed the patio over the bay! Absolute best stay we’ve ever had! Definitely will be back!

My family had a great time at this property. It was comfortable and cool and in a great location. There is a grocery store right around the corner and white cap beach was only a few minutes away. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and there were sound machines in both rooms which we used. We didn't get a chance to try the kayaks but my boys had fun catching small fish off the back dock.

Was everything we expected and more! We chose this rental due to the layout. We have 3 teens/young adults and having the 3 separate beds in 2nd bedroom was very convenient not to mention having 2.5 bathrooms. Spacious with plenty of room to unpack and feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. Abundant kitchen appliances, dishes, and utensils. The patio/balcony area was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. We took advantage of the propane grill and made a delicious meal. The ambiance was everything and more I’d hoped it would’ve been. The canal was so peaceful and calm. Just chilled out with the sea gulls and cranes while watching the fishing jump. Comfortable beds, fans in each room, and the full size washer and dryer was a plus. Was able to communicate with owner very easily for a few questions we had and she was super pleasant! If you’re looking for a home-away-from home for your island getaway, this townhome does not disappoint. Would love to come back!!! 🌴😎

This by far was one of the best places I have stayed at with my family! We loved the neighborhood and peaceful environment. It was also close to the grocery store, a coffee shop, and even a few minutes away from the beach. I would highly recommend this place! 😍

Not a single complaint from our stay here. The house is minutes away from the beaches and good food is close by. The owners were easy to get ahold of if we were to need them and the neighbors were super kind and helpful. The kayaks were also a nice touch and there’s a playground down the block if you have smaller kids so they can burn some energy

This is one of the condos within Corpus that have no 'boundaries' between different units. Whether the owner or the owner's neighbor - all eyes are on you. No worries I'm sure it is mutually agreed on the rating... With my daughter attending TAMUCC I've had opportunities to evaluate different properties. This one is not one I will be coming back to. Too many rules and eyes watching to make sure you don't step over the imaginary line, or the parking spaces. I'm sure I put the trash in the wrong colored bin.

The first thing we noticed was how clean and well kept the property was. It was well decorated. It was just a short drive to the beach and was in a quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed the kayaks and sitting on the large deck. I highly recommend it to other families.

Colin and Samanda were fantastic hosts. Since the day we booked our trip they were available to answer any questions we had. We’ve been coming down to N Padre for the last 10 years and their property was probably the nicest, well kept and well stocked place we’ve stayed. Everything you really need is provided. We enjoyed the peace and quiet we had. Neighbors on each side but you don’t hear them. If you have a boat it’s a must you bring it. Access to your own slip is great and the bay fishing can’t be beat. No boat just fish off the deck in the back. We’ll definitely be back next year and may bring the grandkids. Plenty of room for more than just the 2 of us. Fantastic stay and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again guys!!

Perfect townhouse for a great stay! The size is big enough for family vacation. Lots to do around the area rain or shine. The townhouse is very comfortable and organized well. The hosts followed up prior to and after our stay. I will recommend and consider staying here again in the future!!
