Corpus Christi Short-term Rental Permit #2024-307186 This large, pet friendly waterfront duplex home is divided into two private units. This is the top level unit which is a 1200 square feet open floor plan 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, open dining and living room. With huge windows facing the water, the view is spectacular with plenty of natural sunlight throughout the home. Enjoy your private balcony from right outside the living room. We've recently added a brand new expansive boat dock including 2 slips with boat lifts, a large upper deck, fish cleaning station, swim ladder, and fishing lights. With extra docking on each side, our boat dock can easily accommodate 4 boats! If you're planning to spend time on the beach, ask about our brand new Polaris Ranger side-by-side which seats 6 people and has a truck bed to carry beach gear and an ice chest. It's fully loaded with Bluetooth stereo speakers, a light bar, A/C, and a winch, just in case it's needed! This home is gorgeous! Perfectly decorated by the owners, everything was handpicked with an eclectic, rustic coastal vibe. High end furnishings and decor, with comfortable beds and quality cotton bedding. Enjoy cooking meals in the large, fully stocked kitchen or explore one of our many fabulous restaurants here on the island. The water view is outstanding! Enjoy eating dinner on the patio or waking up and enjoy your morning coffee overlooking one of the Laguna Madre canals. The canal is very wide with access for large offshore boats and we have plenty of room to park your boat on property. The most popular water sports include fishing, surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, water skiing, kite boarding and sailing. With quick access to the Inter-coastal waterway, bays, and offshore from our dock, you can enjoy fishing at any time! Laguna Madre and surrounding areas offer excellent bay and offshore fishing as well as duck, dove, and deer hunting. This location is ideal! Our property is just a few minutes from fantastic beaches, and mouthwatering menu’s at our local restaurants. One of the best boat ramps on the island is just a block away and we are right across the street from a community park where you can take a nice stroll or watch the kids play. Our family enjoyed our stay. Access to the our boat while it was tied to the dock made outings easy for us. We were just minutes from the beach and National seashore which was a hit with the teens. We will be back! Thanks for the great visit.

The pictures don’t do this property Justice it’s really nicely maintained and felt really clean. The owner and property manager were super nice and very responsive and accommodating to any request we had. This property has everything to offer and you can’t beat the location right on the canal and just a short drive to the beach. Already planning to book this property and the downstairs unit for next year.

We had a fantastic experience staying here and will definitely be back! Loved the accommodations and the evening or morning views from the back porch overlooking the Channel is spectacular. We slept well as the beds are great! We did a little fishing and crabing from the back dock on one of the rainy colder days we were there.

This is a great location for beach goers or people that love to fish. It's close to everything, on a wide canal near a boat ramp, lots of parking, comfortable beds and a great deck for outdoor living. The boat dock can accommodate 2-3 boats depending on size. I love this spot and will rent it every time I visit PA.

Really nice place. Generally clean except for the mattress in the smaller bedroom, which had multiple pee stains on it. My daughter refused to sleep on it and had to sleep on the trundle bed the living room. Check-in was a bit slow since the greeting email did not have the key code as it should. A phone call to the owner, and it was quickly resolved. The stairs really need better lighting. They are very hard to see at night. I would definitely stay there again if the mattress was replaced.

We had a really great stay at this condo. It is perfect if you have a boat - there is a great dock and a lift. Condo was very clean, spacious & a really great porch overlooking the water. The beds were all very comfortable as well. We’d definitely stay here again.
