It even has access to a shared pool (open seasonally beginning in May) and hot tub, so don't forget your swim suit! Within minutes of this condo you can reach all sorts of attractions, including the businesses and restaurants in town, the wonderful Lakeshore Park, and the Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course. Just a couple miles away, the center of Chelan has plenty of dining options, ranging from a casual burger and milkshake at Lakeview Drive-In to a more upscale wine tasting and leisurely meal at any of the area wineries. And, since the lake is so close, head down to the nearest public access point - the Lakeshore Park - and enjoy a picnic lunch, launch your watercraft, or let the kids romp around the play structure while you gaze out at the beautiful water. The living room is a cozy space, with two couches (that fold out into sofa sleepers at night) and a recliner. There's a TV with cable, a DVD/VCR, and even a Roku box, as well as a fireplace that is seasonally available. If you're here in the warm summers, don’t worry - there's central air conditioning to keep everyone cool. The kitchen is a modern space with all the major appliances, plus a few fun extras such as a blender and even a wine chiller! While you're here you'll also enjoy WiFi access and a selection of books, and don't forget the complex pool and hot tub! You'll also have a private washer and dryer, and there's even a gas grill and some patio furniture so you can spend lots of time outside enjoying the sights. If you prefer adventure, rent some jet skis or take a float plane ride across the lake, check out the water park a few miles away, or enjoy a fantastic hike or bike ride on the nearby trails. Things to know: Please note that this listing must be booked by a guest age 25 or above, or accompanied by a parent/guardian. The pool and hot tub are open from mid-May to mid-September (approximately). Lic # STR-0174 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We arrived and noticed that the condo was not up to standard on cleanliness. We immediately notified Keith from Vacasa and let him know that there were dusty and grimy countertops, bedroom furniture, and floors. There was a dirty bathmat and dead bugs in all the windowsills. There were no cleaning wipes provided, so we requested some. Keith followed up and we talked to him directly on the phone. He said they would bring by some wipes that same night and then send a housecleaner the next day. Keith did neither, so we ended up going to the store and buying cleaning supplies. When we Swiffer mopped, tons of dirt and grime came up from the hard wood floors. It was disgusting. We are very forgiving, and all could have been made right if Keith had kept his word. We paid $574.76 in management and cleaning fees. That should be refunded.

It was clean, but the internet didn't work for part of the time and nobody knew how to fix it. Omar, the maintenance guy was really nice and had great customer service skills.

Love staying here every summer. Has everything we need and more. Favorite thing is early morning coffee on the deck and a glass of wine watching the sun go down over the lake.

Vaca was awesome loved the apartment it could of been alittle cleaner there was hair in the showers and due to the virus I would of thought stuff would of been whipped down better.

We had a poor initial experience with Vacasa because we arrived at our condo to find it dirty and in complete disarray. I called local management and they sent out one staff to clean as quickly as possible. We stood in the parking lot waiting, worrying about the cleanliness of the condo, especially during this coronavirus pandemic. In the end, Vacasa reimbursed us part of the cost due to the poor experience and huge inconvenience.
About the condo itself...it's decent. Good location and the pool was open, which was a bonus. It was comfortable enough - an upgrade to some furnishings and decor wouldn't hurt. The toilets are small and uncomfortable. The kitchen cabinets are cluttered and there were some questionable appliances - as if they just stuck any extra kitchen items they collected in the cabinets. The coffee pot was tiny, and the grill was funky. Nice view from the patio, but I'd upgrade patio furniture.

This is definitely one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at in Chelan. Updated finishes, very clean, roomy and a nice comfortable bed. This would be perfect for a family as there is a king sized bed and a room with a bunk bed as well. The pool and hot tub were nice and the location can’t be beat. My only complaint was that the air conditioning was at full blast all day and night and we were really cold! We called Vacasa the second day and they were able to give us the password for the thermostat which saved the day. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo has a great view and is quiet. It's been updated with nice decor and has everything you need except groceries. There's a Safeway close by. The property sits on a hill. The condo is at the top of the property and the pool is at the bottom but that's okay, we needed the exercise of going up and down the stairs. There are also 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit so keep that in mind if someone in your group has problems with stairs. This is a very nice unit with one master bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds for kids. There's a tv in every room. You'll enjoy this place.

This condo has a great view and is quiet. It's been updated with nice decor and has everything you need except groceries. There's a Safeway close by. The property sits on a hill. The area was perfect for my family and I. Everything was in walking distance. The condo was more than words can express. Everything was wonderful. Cooking, sleeping, and relaxing was like being at your own home. I wish I could stay another week. Excellent Job!!

This place was incredible! Beautiful condo, phenomenal view, very close to town and other amenities.
The second bedroom is for children though, so if you go with other people it’s bunk beds. So perfect for a family stay.

Lake Chelan in the fall
Beautiful view from our balcony, we spent the mornings and evenings here. The keyless entry was the best. Roku in each room, nicely updated and clean.
More kitchen gadgets than anyone could need! Awesome to come with out of state family just before apple picking is in full swing. The tourists are at a minimum, but Chelan and the surrounding area are beautiful. And those apple trees!

I immediately snapped a few photos to send to my friends that were arriving later that day because I was so excited. This place has an incredible view of the water (not sure if the view is available in the other buildings as we were the highest one), a large table for my entire party to eat at, and everything we needed to cook (excluding fresh groceries) - utensils, wine glasses, spices, oils, tupperware, etc.

Fabulous Condo
My family and I had a blast! This condo is so nice...nicely decorated, fully stocked and super comfortable. Great location to downtown Chelan and recreational activities. The property is beautifully maintained and we loved hanging out at the pool at night. We will definitely be back!

Best Vacation ever!
We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 10 yr old twins!) and we enjoyed our stay here very much! The condo was nicely decorated and very clean and inviting. The towels and linens were plush...5 star hotel quality! The location is perfect. Close to the main downtown area of Chelan but also quiet and serene with a great view of the lake off of the balcony. We will DEFINITELY be back next summer!

Wonderful condo and location!
The owner took very good care of the condo and added so many nice features- decorations, hangers for bathing suits, tv in every room, etc. It was very welcoming and quaint. The location was perfect! My only complaint is that vacasa sent me the information for the wrong condo # so it took me a long time to figure out how to get in.
