Location is in the middle of Batumi where all activites and near to cornich

Located in central Batumi, near the beach and the ‚old centre‘.
The communication with the management was very poor. No one felt responsible for anything. Emails and messages stayed unanswered. The hotel room smelled weird, the noise from a nearby party place all night was unacceptable was not worth the money. Even when I asked for a another room because I couldn’t sleep all night (even with ear plugs), I was promised to get a call from the management that I, again, never received. The place is worth maybe half of the price I paid, and, unfortunately, this felt more like a rip off than a ‚pleasant‘ stay.
