The hotel has a very good and convenient location, which was one of the positive aspects of our stay. The breakfast was fair with a reasonable selection.
When we arrived, we immediately asked whether it would be possible to extend our check-out by approximately 9 hours, and we clearly stated that we were willing to pay the additional charge. We explained that we were traveling with a child and had a late flight, so it would be very difficult for our child to wait for many hours after the regular check-out time.
We were initially advised to ask the receptionist again on the day of check-out. Despite this, I followed up every day during our stay because I wanted to arrange it in advance. We were later told that they would ask the manager regarding the maximum extension they could provide. Unfortunately, the following day, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and that an extension was not possible.
We completely understand that room availability cannot always be guaranteed, especially when the hotel is fully booked. However, since we had raised the request from the day we arrived and followed up several times, clearer communication from the beginning would have helped us make alternative arrangements, particularly because we were traveling with a child. Unfortunately, we had to check out at around 12:15 PM despite having a late flight.
Housekeeping was another concern. There was noticeable noise from the housekeeping staff, which could be disturbing when guests were trying to rest.
We were informed that the hotel has an environmental policy of changing bed linens every three days, which we understand and respect as an effort to help protect the environment. However, even our used towels were not replaced. I eventually had to call housekeeping specifically to request fresh towels. While environmental initiatives are appreciated, guests should still have easy access to clean towels when needed.
Another issue was the late-night noise from events and music. During our stay, music could be heard until approximately 1:00–2:00 AM. Because the location is in europe square.Although the hotel has a nice location

Location is perfect for a tourist , breakfast is good.
Reception staff is really rude, that is the only point. Looks like they are on a compulsary service...
