Sweet location to walk everywhere, amazing view, super clean penthouse, every detail of a home away from home was available. Friendly and helpful doormen, along with super, informative owners who responded quickly to our questions of the area.

The property gave us such easy access to so many things around Chicago. The building itself was very friendly, including the wonderful doorman!
We spent lots of time out and about exploring (and eating), but also enjoyed hanging out on the property for morning breakfast, as well as evening card-playing.
Having a grocery store/liquor store attached to the property was also a huge help!
The property owners gave us great instructions, not only on how to access the building, but also links to helpful sites for our visit.
We love coming to Chicago and will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with 3 persons, 1 in a wheelchair. Accessibility was very good, apartment contained everything we needed for our visit. Location is great, walkable distance from major attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

.We are a retired couple who have had extensive rental experiences. This property has a doorlock along with a deadbolt for entering the condo/apartment. We felt safe. One evening we had a series of knocks on the door and the person was inebriated and obviously knocked on the wrong door. Be advised that this location has many units most of which are rentals by young professionals by the look of the people we met on the elevator. You will also encounter dogs on the elevator. The two-bedroom unit does not have curtains to darken the bedrooms. There is a light issue for sleeping. All linens are standard and adequate. The furnishings are dated but functional. All rooms were clean with the kitchen very fully equipped; unfortunately, the refrigerator began making a loud noise and had to be replaced during our stay. The owners/staff/maintenance were prompt in that regard. The location was excellent. Unfortunately, we felt quite unwelcomed by the host/owners as reflected in the email communications we received. They were full of admonitions. The first sign you see upon entering the condo does not say “welcome” it says “take your shoes off and don’t scratch the walls with your luggage”. Future guest should be forewarned that in order to stay in this VRBO you will be required to send your driver’s license over the internet. We never had a requirement to send our driver’s license before. We had concerns about identity theft that were not addressed by the host/owner.

This condo is located within walking distance to all the tourist attractions and very close to the red line. The VRBO is clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The owner’s expectations and instructions were very clear and they even checked in us a couple of times. I definitely recommend this rental and would stay again.

Great location, amenities, friendly staff, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath with plenty of room for 4-6 guests. The view from the balcony is excellent and the 9th floor amenities are great. Highly recommend this rental if you’re in Chicago!

Super location close to lots if attractions and public transport right outside. Also lots of night life & restaurants close by plus very good Jewel Shop right beside property No hassle accessing the property - excellent facilities and next time will use them more. Early check out slight hassle but we were sorted by the doormen and could leave luggage until ready - would be happy to re-book

The Vrbo was in a great location! Loved having the grocery store so close, and bring do close the the subway. The only downside was the beds were extremely soft and broken in! I even tried sleeping in the sofa bed but it also was very soft. We loved having a washer and dryer right there in the unit!

Amazing Stay
The property was amazing. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable, had a good nite sleep every night. The bathrooms were clean with all the amenities you would need. I plan to return to Chicago and hope this property will be available. I do not want to stay anywhere else. Everything is just a short walk away. I recommend this property for anyone who is in Chicago for a visit.

In town to enjoy the Chicago holiday atmosphere. Excellent location with short walk to Michigan Ave, Millenium Park, Navy Pier and the loop. Even walked to the zoo. Grocery and public transit right outside the door. Condo had everything we needed, well appointed and well equipped. True to description and very clean. Nothing to be done before settling in. View at night from the balcony stops you in your tracks. Five stars all the way. Will definitely stay here again!

My family of 6 stayed here for a Christmas getaway. Plenty of seating and sleeping space for all of us. Location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. Very clean apartment and the grocery on first floor was lovely. Jeri-Lou responded right away to text.
