Only 1 Block Off Ocean. The only area separating The BACK COTTAGE accross the street and the Ocean is the Beautiful Santa Barbara Park! Come discover the charm, beauty and diversity of Santa Barbara from the convenience and peace of The Cottages at East Beach. The Back unit is fully furnished with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 60” HD TV's w/ Blue Ray DVD, Wireless Internet access, as well as off-street parking. The property is recently renovated and the interiors are professionally decorated to provide our guests with the ultimate in style and comfort. The cottage offers views to Cabrillo Park and the ocean. We have two stroller-joggers, beach chairs and towels, pack-n-plays and some beach toys. This cottage is a true getaway that has it all. My husband, teenage son, and 2 dogs stayed at the Back Cottage for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The home is very cute and couldn’t be more relaxing. We walked to the beach every morning and evening, shopped the produce market around the corner, and ate at the food truck. The best part was the backyard with the view of the ocean. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This cottage is in a fantastic location--just a short walk to East Beach and the scenic walkway along the coast. There is a great little grocery store a 2-minute walk away, and a fabulous restaurant, Convivo, is also a 2-minute walk. The house is very comfortable, just a little shabby in places (peeling paint, etc.) It could use a bit of freshening up, but is a great spot and we would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with our 2 dogs. The location of the property is close to everything including a 5 min walk to the beach. House is great for a couple or small family. Inside needs to be freshened up a bit with decor and cleanliness but overall we had a nice stay.

The home is cute, private and perfectly situated to accommodate whatever you would like to do. The access to the freeway, downtown and Montecito are easy to navigate. The bedrooms are hot at night but the owner has provided plenty of fans to cool things off. In the morning, the patio door should be opened to greet the day within sight of the beach and ocean.

Great location with a nice back patio. We spent time enjoying the ocean view and nice breezes. This house was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 sofa sleepers so it accommodated a few stray family members for the wedding weekend. David was very responsive and helpful.

This was absolutley charming and we slept with the windows open to capture the scent of jasmine that covers the front door railings.
We did not need to contact the owner for anything at all, but was contacted at check-in to remind us that he was available for any issues that may arise. Can't wait to stay again!

This place was exactly as advertised. A cozy spot close to East Beach. It's the PERFECT place for you if you plan on eating at the many fantastic restaurants nearby. It might not be the best fit if you plan on making a lot of your own meals.
That being said, we had a fantastic visit, were pleased with the property management, the amenities, and the location. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Santa Barbara :)

Went to the Funk Zone, eat at the nook, had a great time at Barbareño and enjoyed steaks on the grill one night. This is one of the best rental properties I’ve ever stayed at.

We really enjoyed the place tremendously. The cottage was adorable and everything we needed was right there. The weather was uncooperative (rain 2 days) but we made the most of it with hbo and Netflix!
