This second floor, one bedroom, one bath unit, also has hall bunks. With the sleeper sofa, it will comfortably sleep 6. From the balcony, this Gulf front unit, has an amazing view of the beach, gulf, sunrises and sunsets. If you have never visited the beautiful beaches of Alabama, you are in for a treat!! Our area has so much to offer. Award winning restaurants, Golf, shopping, water parks, arcades, Zoo, fishing, boating, dolphin cruises, sailing, parasailing, snorkeling, jet skiing, water skiing, art and music festivals, dancing, amazing sunsets, or just laying on the beach, soaking up the sun and breathing in the salt air. The list of things to do, goes on and on. Tide Water is across the street from Zeke's Landing and The Shrimp Basket Restaurant A complete remodel of the unit has been recently completed. It now has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, flat screen T.V. in the living room and bedroom, new tile flooring through out the unit, new furniture, all new lines, new cookware and dishes. Everything is new, all to make your stay as perfect as possible. The complex has wonderful amenities, which includes an indoor heated pool with hot tub. An outdoor beachside pool, exercise room overlooking the beach and a sauna. Also, free Wi-Fi internet access! Although, we hope our guest never have any issues during their stay, we have a local representative that is available in case you ever need assistance. The only thing missing at the beach, is YOU, book now to reserve your place in the sun!!! Parking passes are $40 per vehicle. There is a two vehicle maximum per reservation.

I’ve stayed at Tidewater several times, this one did not disappoint. A couple of minor hiccups at the beginning but the owner was right on it and took care of everything.

Right in the heart of Orange Beach, this place has a great balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Very clean with plenty of room. One master, two twin bunks and a sofa/bed if needed. It was spacious for just the two of us! Clean and everything you need. Loved enjoying coffee on the balcony and easy access to the beach! Thanks for the perfect getaway.

This is a nice condo, with everything you’d need and a great location! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the beds are very uncomfortable, including the pull out couch. Other than the beds, we had a great stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time! The condo was clean and very well taken care of and had everything we needed. Great location, far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of a vacation town but close enough to go to dinner or do things with family. The property manager Mr. Davis C. was a pleasure to deal with as well! Very responsive and informative. Will definitely be going back in the future and dealing with Mr Davis for sure!

The room was well laid out, had everything we could need for a short stay. There is a hide-a-bed present that's not listed. We don't know how well that slept though :) The bed was very comfortable. The view of the beach was awesome as well.

I really loved just about everything about this condo but the mattress and fridge. The view was amazing, as was the overall location of the condo to different things. As the other reviews mentioned, the mattress is pretty rough. It is a rather firm mattress and VERY noisy! Every time you move, it makes obnoxious noises. I could not imagine having two people in the bed. Also the fridge made a lot of popping and knocking sounds. I’m not sure why but it got rather annoying. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. But I might would consider bringing a mattress topper and some WD-40. ;)

The property was exactly as listed, and everything was in great working order. Owner has basic supplies, so don't forget your own dishwasher pellets, laundry detergent, salt and pepper. Also, another reviewer said they were disappointed that they couldn't hear the ocean. Point of clarification: you will definitely hear the surf if there is a decent breeze.

The location of this property is great, right on the beach and near restaurants and shops. The condo was tastefully decorated. The couch was in need of updating and the bed was not the most comfortable. I did have a few issues but recieved a quick response when I texted.

Great property for our weekend trip. Very clean and had all we needed. Walk to the beach was a little farther than what we would have liked (can't hear the ocean from the balcony) and the bed could definitely use a topper on it to make it a bit softer.

Everything was as expected. Location is good with good access to beach, etc. Only issue was that the master bed needs updated. It was a ‘full’ size bed that was loud due to springs. Every time anyone shifted it would wake up other person due to noise and movement.

This condo was great! It was very clean and had everything we needed! There was great communication and check in was very easy! I loved that the condo was on the 2nd floor. It was faster to get up and down the floors. The pool was also huge and a short walk to the beach!

My wife,daughter and I had an amazing time. Condo was clean and comfy. My daughter loved having the bunk beds to sleep in. We have stayed at Tidewater many times and it never disappoints. Very family oriented atmosphere. Condo had everything you needed. Would definitely rent again.

Room was as advertised, the only problem was the bedroom window need blackout curtains/shades as it faces the outside walkway and has too much light coming in to sleep well and needs a new mattress as it was terrible.
