Contactless Check-In & Check-Out This is a unique mountain home with beautiful private outdoor oasis! The folk architecture style designed and created by the owner is breathtaking. There are cozy, romantic areas throughout. The owner has gone to great lengths to create beauty and character in every room in the house. From the compass rose inlay to the copper trim---there are architectural surprises everywhere you look. The property includes a hot tub, fireplace with gas logs, covered porch, fire pit, gas grill, and beautiful deck with year round view of the mountains. The Escape has a full kitchen stocked with ample equipment needed to prepare gourmet meals, a separate dining room surrounded by glass, and a breakfast nook with a view of the mountains. The bedroom hosts an antique iron queen bed with luxury bedding, and large dressing room. The two full bathrooms are beautiful with granite vanities and walk-in showers. The living room has a full size couch, stress-less recliner, flat screen TV with cable package, sound system, and wireless internet. It is difficult to describe the many details and features in the amazing Escape! The property is located just minutes away from downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Grove Park Inn, and the Biltmore Estate. Also, there are many nearby outdoor adventure activities: hiking, whitewater rafting, snow and water tubing, zip lining, kayaking, horseback riding, fly fishing, mountain biking, climbing, snow skiing, and waterfall tours. Spend the day in downtown Asheville dining, tasting our local beers, shopping or people watching. Great day trips to nearby small towns: Waynesville, Hendersonville, Brevard, Flat Rock, Chimney Rock, Highlands, and Cashiers. Scenic routes to each, with great lunch spots. Enjoy shopping for locally made crafts in the quaint atmosphere of small mountain towns. For guests who bring their dogs there is a neighborhood green space for fetching just 1/2 mile from the house.

This get away was perfect!! Tammy was right on point with a couple of questions I had and the absolute nicest you could ask for. The house was clean and actually secluded which I had my doubts about. When you are at the house you don’t realize the other houses are close because of the closed in fence. I highly recommend for anyone that just needs a break.

This was a great location. Close to many things, but a nice place to just relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The yard was perfect for our dog. Would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place! Private yet the location is centrally located. Very enchanting we just loved it. My dog had the time of his life the yard is perfect for play and exploring. If you are visiting Asheville this is the place for you! Everything was just perfection!

We absolutely LOVED this little cabin nestled in the mtn. Super close to town AND still secluded and private! We enjoyed sipping our beers while sitting out back around the fire pit. The hot tub was also a nice touch to end our hectic day. AND- our sweet Winnie (fur baby) 100% LOVED LOVED LOVED the fenced in yard. She may have loved it more than we did, lol. While visiting, we drove over to Maggie Valley and got our Christmas tree. We hope to make this an annual tradition and hope to stay here 🤗

This property is really nice for a quick getaway. It is tucked back in a residential neighborhood which made for a nice quiet stay. There was an issue with the fireplace and communication with Tammy was quick and everything resolved by the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend, dog and myself all stayed at this adorable cottage and it was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to downtown area, but far enough away to feel secluded. Fenced in backyard was great for our dog to run around while we sat in the hot tub. Close enough to many trails for hiking and walks. Fall colors were beautiful. Check-in was easy. Nothing bad to report at all. Don’t question, just book it. You won’t regret your stay!☺️

We had a great mini-vacation at the Asheville house! Convenient to town for shopping and restaurants. House is perfect for 2 people. Loved the fireplace! Yard is great for dogs and fully enclosed. We appreciated the dog towels/covers to wipe down dirty paws. Great management. Thank you!

We had an absolute blast in the mountains for the weekend. This property was perfect for my wife and I and we really enjoyed it was close enough to Asheville but remote enough to feel secluded. Thanks for a great stay!

We normally stay at this property for atleast 5 days however this was a quick two night trip to experience the zip lining tour in Saluda. As always it was perfect! My only suggestion is to maybe cut back some of the small trees and brush around the back deck as it is starting to obstruct our view of the mountains that we have always loved about this property. Other than that amazing as usual!

We stayed here recently for our anniversary, just us two and the dogs. It was as described and we had a great time. Although there were other home near by it was very peaceful and quiet. It had a nice fenced in back yard so we could let the dogs roam the yard while we enjoyed the hot tub

This cottage is PERFECT!!!! It’s so much bigger than it looks in photos. It’s super private, and we loved the fenced in yard for our fur kids. The bed is comfy with nice quality pillows and sheets. Everything you need in the kitchen is supplied. There are peekaboo sunrise and sunset views (can’t beat that!). We enjoyed the outdoor fire area as well as the hot tub. There are really neat architectural details throughout the home. We will be back for sure! Thank you for sharing your part of paradise with us! Oh…and it’s VERY convenient to town, hiking, Biltmore House and Grove Park.

Spent 4 nights with our two dogs. The cottage was exactly as advertised. Very cozy, beautiful back yard and very close to downtown Ashville. The street that the cottage sits on was perfect for walking the dogs. Would definitely return.

This is such a sweet place to stay for a weekend. Close to everything and yet far enough away to feel secluded. The home has so much character. Love the artistic accents. Unfortunately, a previous guest didn’t clean up their dog’s poop from the yard so we were left to pick it up for them. That is the reason for 4 stars for cleanliness.

Just as described. This is a perfect property for the 2 of us plus our small pup. A Close easy drive to town but far enough to have a quiet peaceful evenings and perfect mornings with only the birds chirping. The property is very Clean and as described. Only small issue was a leak with the fridge, but not a huge problem. The kitchen has everything you need, and the 2 bathrooms were perfect. Thx for hosting us! We definitely recommend this cabin.

We truly were entirely impressed with every single detail of the house, from the exterior wood panel to the shower inspiration! thanks again for preparing such a wonderful home! We loved the tile on the breakfast nook in kitchen, so cute! We are looking to remodel our entire house so we are actually going to consider many aspects of the porch design including the super cool windows and wood siding! We hiked everyday so the hot tub was useful, and our dogs loved playing outside for hours! Thanks again! The last night, friday, a friendly bird flew into the front door from the moss lamp- we had to guide it outside safely but it did poop all over our sheets so we had to discard most sheets the last night LOL! Sorry about that. Ohioans who love mountains, Ashley & Tony
